I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home.
