what an amazing company!!! From the first phone call to installation, superior service. But the most incredible part of this review comes after the job was done and paid for.... I experienced an issue with my building contractor and called Paulie for advice. Twenty minutes later he showed up at my door , calmed me down, assured me everything was fixable, hooked me up with an amazing contractor and then called me the following day (Saturday) to make sure I was doing ok. We have used him for 2 homes in the last 12 months. This last job the tank was put in the ground and unfortunately to add the pool it needed moved. No problem we'll pay as it was both parties error but we didn't want to create conflict. Only now they called us to make us aware during the move of the tank they cut our power lines to the house and dock lifts. They cut other lines and the house was left this way. We received a phone call for the error and mess and to call an electrician as soon as possible to have it all fixed. When we asked if they would be splitting the fee from the electrician they reported "it happens and it's part of the deal sometimes". My best friend hired Pauli's company to fix her new gas fireplace which had previously been 'fixed' from another local company and it was a mess! There was no way she would ever be able to use the fireplace but to look at. Pauli had to undo everything with the fireplace. He always showed up when he said he would be there. We have been customers of Paulie Propane since we purchased our home with natural gas over a decade ago. Don't let the name fool you. These master plumbers do amazing work on natural gas lines! His team just completed an awesome job setting up and installing new appliances for my new outdoor pool deck overhaul. Pool heater, fire bowl, cooktop, you name it, they did it all. They even uncovered age old issues we didn't even know existing with our home and they rectified it all. They did all the leg work, I just signed the check.
