We had medical problems and they didn't care. My mom is a senior with poor health and they still didn't care. Then a friend helped us out and we got it back on. Now Utilities Inc cut off our water again, because an agent going by the name "Abigail Crocket" at "Catholic Charities of Central Florida" intentionally refused to "do her job" and "keep her promise" to contact United Way to make the pledge to help us cover the bill, back in January. Their emails are as follows: Gary Tester GTester@cflcc.org, Gary.Tester@cflcc.org, Heather.Knoop@cflcc.org, and ACROCKET@cflcc.org. If our water isn't turned on by or on Friday, March 16, 2018, I will have to begin the process of suing Utilities Inc and publicly shaming them on a relentless Web Video Campaign Social Media and Press Media tour, because they can't keep allowing government agents to use them to put us through hell for whatever reasons. It's morally wrong, fiscally unfair, and quite frankly-- I'm really sick of Utilities Inc being the CIA's bitch. Are they really such coreless punks? We have health issues, and if somebody dies because of this lack of running water-- then somebody at Utilities Inc is going to jail. Utilities Inc + Lawsuits & Prison Time = Not Good For Anyone's Brand. I'm sure God will help resolve this matter either today or tomorrow. When I take power in a few years-- Utilities Inc may be the first to go.

I was looking for a supplier who would fill my own industrial nitrogen cylinder. I brought the cylinder to Comprssed Gas Solutions because their website stated that they would fill my own cylinder, or exchange tanks. Most suppliers want to exchange cylinders but what if yours is newly purchased? Who wants to give it to the supplier for an unknown cylinder? No problem. They filled it while I waited and talked with an unbelievably knowledgable and friendly staff member. These guys know their gases and cryogenics! Then the shock; the price was extremely reasonable. Definetly will return and highly recommend.

Fortunately, I was able to evacuate and found a FANTASTIC spot in the courtyard that was not only comfortable, but there were power outlets within reach. Laptopping from outside? Bonus! This is a large library with lots of space. There several different quiet areas though none that were "okay to talk" areas. Lots and lots of books of all sorts, plenty of parking and many comfortable spaces. If you're a train fan, the Amtrak rail goes right past. Fun to watch the train going through here. On another visit, I returned with a group, and we used the meeting room up from. The group had to set up and put up the tables and chairs - it was easy to do and there was plenty of equipment for our needs. Overall, I like this little library. I'm glad that it is here.

I attempted to remove the extra water by running the garbage disposal. it seemed to take care of the problem. However when I went into the utility room behind my kitchen, I discovered water all over the floor. I called a friend who is in the business of restoring older homes. She highly recommended P and M. saying that they are honest, do what is needed without selling you something you don't need- and best of all they are reasonably priced. When I called the number she gave me he was at the barber shop. I discovered that they are a husband and wife team-Pierre and Mary. He does the labor and she the paper work. When he listened to my problem, he said that it qualified as an emergency and he would be there in the evening-it was his day off!!!! Wow! I received a text message when he was en route. He arrived just when stated, was cheerful, confident, knew right what to do-and inside two hours my problem was fixed. There were some things he could have charged me for but didn't. What I was charged worked in my budget-and it was a great relief to have the problem resolved with integrity and a cheerful attitude. Nothing was too hard for him-even though he had to climb up on my roof to flush the piping! At night! Do I recommend this company? With my whole mind and heart! You bet I sure do! At noon I discovered the problem-by 10 PM the problem was fixed-and fixed with excellence! P and M offer more than plumbing! You might try them for bathroom renovation, preventive maintenance , and other residential services. Trustworthiness and integrity with cheerfulness and passion all come in one package! They are now permanently on my phone address bank!

I took it to court and got the ticket dismissed. They also stopped my black friend just for walking down the street! Granted it was late at night, but that's not a legal reason to stop someone at all! If you're going to constantly harass anyone who doesn't look like they "fit in" to Maitland, at least follow your own rules and don't do 60 in a 45 (I see them speed through Maitland Blvd and 1792 regularly.) These officers will harass anyone who looks like they don't fit in to maitland, and then proceed to act completely above the law. When I lived in the 400 North apartments I regularly saw them from my porch camping in the shadows watching stop signs, just waiting for people to slip up. They genuinely have nothing better to do with their time. Overfunded department with a huge incentive for collecting revenue through tickets. Go fight some real crime . If your car is over 15 years old and has any sorts of dents or cosmetic damage, or just doesn't look the best, expect an officer to tailgate you through the entire town, and probably pull you over for some bs. Most of these officers have nothing better to do with their time than harass people doing nothing wrong. Despite all this, shoutout to Officer Andrews. I see this guy at the 7/11 on and 17/92 and Sybelia grabbing snacks a lot. He's always nice, genuinely a good guy. He even helped me with my car on new year's eve at 2am (i guess technically new year's day). He saw me and offered to help. Had a casual conversation about our nights and how he was getting a lot of calls for gunshots (they were just fireworks it was new year's eve). He didn't ask me any questions, like where I'd been or where I was coming from. He didn't try to figure out if I was intoxicated or if I was doing something wrong. ( I dont drink and was completely sober). He didn't even mention my tint is too dark or anything of the sorts. He simply wanted to give me a hand to help. Officer Andrews you are the only reason i'm even giving this review a single star. The community needs more people like him and less revenue chasing, harassing, fishing jerks. Even though most of the instances in which i've been pulled over by mpd were for stupid reasons, especially the tail light one considering my tailights weren't out, almost every officer was nice, or at least pretending to be. They still will shine their flashlights all over the inside of your car and fish for whatever they can, but most of them are decently nice. Not all cops are bad but as I said before this department has a problem with harassment and is way overfunded and revenue incentivized.

The traffic cops are such a joke. I see them everyday for years they constantly break the law…read morerunning red lights with no sirens, speeding with no sirens, etc, etc, etc. Then when some actually does break the law directly in front of them they only enforce if they want to which I've seen time and time again they don't do anything, not like it's their actual job to enforce the law. Such a joke of a department if the traffic cops actually enforced the law when they saw someone making a traffic infraction maybe they wouldn't need a traffic cop every .5 miles when driving through Maitland or maybe they're traffic cops just don't even know the law and only enforce speeding tickets since it seems that's all they're really good for oh and directing traffic for the farmers market that's their two big concerns. How about the traffic cops start doing their job and cite people when they do dumb/illegal moves behind the wheel of a car in traffic full of other people. Way to go Maitland!
