Mueller's is different from traditional sausage I'm used to. Take the jalapeno and cheese sausage and hot sticks for example. I'm used to a finely ground combination in both styles of meat treat but these guys use generous chunks of cheese in their concoctions! It takes some getting used to but it's great on a cracker or right out of your pocket. The "hard tac" jerky they have is an aquired taste however. If you enjoy the flavor of pepper it's the treat for you. My personal favorite is the "beef strips". They remind me a lot of the jerky Cub Foods used to sell 15 years ago right here in green bay. Dry and salty = delicious. I love peeling it apart and eating it bit by bit. Highly recommended and priced very fair.
