I have to both solidify this review and reluctantly laugh. I wouldn't believe it if I wasn't there!!!! Let's start with the day my friend went to pickup his VW bus. I watched the owner "Rosa" I think use a sewing hammer to remove a SPIKE from the rear of the passenger seat head rest area! I walked away laughing and another shop owner and I got talking. It turns out he's been there for many years and advised me to run and told me what a sham this place is! It's a scam if even your business partners in the same neighborhood don't support you, it should also be an eye opener for new clients. I don't know much about cars, I do know a lot about people, if you're looking to be scammed you found your spot!!! What a shame this business brings to the hard working neighbors read more

Though I wish I had seen the swatch colors in person, I just went by the photo provided. I recommend personally looking at the fabric colors. If you have furniture that needs to be reupholstered or refreshed, I highly recommend Paul's Upholstery in Santa Ana. Paul is a master of his trade, with over 40 years' experience. He has even taught his craft to students at Santa Ana College. We have a good quality leather couch that had badly sagging cushions. The cushions were built into the couch, so they were not removable. We took the couch to Paul's and he showed us that the problem was not just with the flattened foam, but with the straps that formed the foundational support for the seat cushions. The straps were completely stretched out and had no bounce to them. Also, the cushions on the back of the couch were just filled with batting, not foam. Because the frame was solid and the leather was good quality, Paul convinced us that the couch was worth restoring. Paul basically deconstructed the entire couch, put in all new straps, put high quality foam in the back and bottom cushions, then put it all back together. It looks like a new couch! Before, anyone sitting on the couch would sink so far into it that they struggled to stand back up. Now, the cushions are firm but comfortable and they provide excellent support. The attention to detail was extremely good. No one would ever suspect that the couch had been remade. People travel from Northern California and even Canada to have their furniture reupholstered at Paul's. Just before Thanksgiving, I wanted my couch recovered before the company came. It was a disaster. I had purchased all the fabric that was left on the bolt. The salesperson told me the back and maybe sides would have to be done with another fabric. I had found Paul's Upholstery a few years back, but hadn't had the opportunity to use them. They came to the house, picked up the couch for me. And son Paul thought maybe only the back would need a different fabric.
