Pauly is an awesome trainer - we learned so much from him. We initially tried to train our dogs using tips from youtube which worked okay, but nothing was a 100% solution and we still had issues with our dogs. Hiring Pauly changed that. Pauly's training was a lifesaver. I adopted a 3 yr old rescue who had abandonment issues and was very nervous every time I left the house. My dog would bark and howl for hours whenever it was left alone and it could not be in more than a few feet away from me. After the first session, I could already see improvement with my dog. Pauly taught me how to walk the dog differently, how to create a master/dog relationship so he knew who the "pack leader" was, and showed me how to properly reward the dog for good behavior. Anyone considering hiring this guy, DON'T PAY UPFRONT! Pay after each session so you know he has performed the services you agreed upon upfront. I agreed to five sessions for $750 AT MY HOUSE. In the three months we tried to do business (COVID-19 interfered early on) he never came to my house. He sent his very young intern the one and only time anyone ever stepped foot on my property. From this point onward it was nothing but aggravation, changing stories and always no regard for me, my time or my dog. I can't speak to his ability because I never saw him interact with my dog. I have a Cane Corso which i definitely dont recommend for everyone he requires a lot of time Pauly came to my house and within the first couple minutes talking to him I knew i made the right decision. Im able to call him whenever i have any questions to pick his brain my dog is very obedient now i have to be very stern. A dog misbehaving is a dog misbehaving but a big dog misbehaving especially a Corso feels a lot different trust me. Pauly is legit good at dog training. We worked with Pauly for our dog Milhouse. Milhouse had some issues barking at the door, nipping at feet, and being overly aggressive when encountering other dogs on the street when on leash. During the consultation Pauly noticed Milhouse's body language indicated anxiety that he was over compensation for by being aggressive. His diagnosis was to work on structure with Milhouse with things like "stay", "come", "lay down" and "heel". Training with Pauly is 90% for you to learn how to train your dog long term, so you will get out of it what you put into it. We worked with Pauly for 6 sessions for around 1-2hrs each and during his Sunday Mccarran Park hours.
