Pauly's pro clean came to clean my entire homes carpeting on Saturday. This included 5 bedrooms, living room, family room and 5 area rugs plus additional areas. Paul was prompt and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure that some nasty pet stains were not only removed and sanitized but also stain guarded to prevent future issues. The entire house was cleaned in about 4 hours! Don't even waste your money. The carpet wasn't very clean and was soaking wet for 2 days. If he had removed all the shampoo they might have been clean. Poor work ethic and obviously doesn't take pride in his work. read more

This guy is suuuuuuper rude! He also have a groupon that I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all!!! It was $400+ on top of the Groupon! We said we will then refund the Groupon since we were not expecting to pay that much! He said I will HAVE to pay him $35 for an estimate or he will redeem the Groupon! I asked him to at least do the work of the Groupon, since I already paid for that and he said I had to do ALL the work or he wouldn't do anything!!!! I said you cant redeem the groupon without doing any work (as you know it is highly unethical) and he said to me... "watch me" and stormed out. He redeem the Groupon without doing any work!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! He blames you for not reading the "fine print" with a LOT of extra charges. Almost $500 worth of non optional charges, as he wont do the work unless you pay it ALL. Also in groupon there are a lot of good reviews because people that choose to pay him $35 for a waste of time (since its a cheaper loss) don't get to do reviews as they don't redeem the groupon. Paul was 2 hrs. late and rude. He stated the carpet on my staircase was "trashed" and refused service. I explained the carpet is 2 years old and it's in a high traffic area, and asked if he would try his best to clean it. He refused and insulted me on his way out of my home. Tried to use for a carpet cleaning job and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a groupon for his service, which he is no longer honoring. Fine. I still wanted to book outside the groupon. All he did was to continue to complain about groupon and how horrible they are so he couldn't do it. I repeated myself that I wasn't groupon and would still book outside of it. I suggested he mention it on his website that he doesn't honor groupons anymore so that people stop purchasing them and he told me to F*** OFF. Glad I didn't bring that man into my home. read more

My wife and I moved into a new house and hired Paul to clean the ductwork. He arrived on time, was courteous, and helpful when I had questions. He did a good, thorough job and showed me pictures of the before and after. Paul also showed me a cool video of the tool at work inside the ducts. My only knock is that we ended up paying quite a bit more than the original "guestimate" we were quoted over the phone. Basically, the house was bigger and the job more complicated than he originally realized. But I take partial responsibility for this as I should have had Paul come over beforehand for an estimate before I committed to the job. read more

Buyer beware! Found his ad on Groupon, told me he'd give us the Groupon price, not to bother buying it. It clearly states three rooms, one hallway, UP TO 650Sq. Ft. On the day of appt, he said he'd call between 2-4pm. We already had moved out, but went to our totally empty house and waited. No phone call. We had to pick someone up at the airport and left the home at 4:30. He finally calls at 5 and says he ran late and had to fix a broken part. He is now on his way from Mpls to Woodbury, and we gave him the garage code. When he got there around 6 he called and said that our large bedroom would be considered two rooms therefore it be over $100. Because we are now entertaining our out of town guests at dinner, I and not there, but need this done before the closing, I agree to it after questioning the 650 sq ft issue because it is under 550 sq ft. My mistake, I acknowledge that. Because we are not there we now need to use a ccard to pay, which is an upcharge, even though when we waited for two hours, we would've paid by check or cash. However, when we call the next working day to dispute the extra $30 he is aggressive and tells my husband, (who used to own a carpet cleaning company) to F** off, and hangs up on us. We cancelled the charge, and will let the ccard company deal with him. read more

Paul didn't return my calls. When I finally got him he scheduled window cleaning with us. Whew. But the day came and went and he never showed up. When I called to reschedule he said it was too hot and he was too busy. He was booked up for the next 3 weeks he said. I told him to prioritize us and he said he couldn't. So, I write this review. Had scheduled a carpet clean for our living room. He confirmed the time and day. That morning we cleared out our entire living room including a huge sectional and other furniture. He cancelled last minute saying his machine broke. He said the soonest he could get us in is 3 days later, despite having an already fixed machine. This is unacceptable that he couldn't fit us in. I called and told him we can't move all our furniture back and forth and he still refused to get us in earlier. Pauly did my carpets, but used my water to fill his tank because he ran out from another job. The carpet came out stiff, crunchy and unpleasant feeling. I stopped payment on the check and called him to have him come out again and rinse the carpet. He argued that he has never had complaints about this before. He then said it was my water causing the issue. He called to say he was on his way and that he needed another check, plus a $12 cancelation fee. I said I would happily give him a check after it was dry and it turned out well. He then starting getting aggressive and yelling at me. I then told him we were done and to not bother coming out because I dont want to deal with him anymore. He said i got my carpets cleaned for free and to "F$%? OFF B!?$%" Not only was this a horrible experience, but I had to pay $35 to stop the check, my carpets are HORRIBLE and now I need to pay another company to come out and try to fix his mistake. Called and got an estimate over the phone based on size, but he said he would do a walk-through with me and give me a price before he started which we both agreed on. The carpets look great and the vents do, too. He arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough job. Bare in mind, for services like this, there's a base price which will go up depending on a lot of factors such as number of vents, square footage, type of cleaner, etc., so I made sure to go over everything on the phone before scheduling the appointment so there were no surprises when he arrived, which he was happy to go over. read more

Pauly is very nice and informative. He takes his time to make sure your carpet is perfectly clean. He does upsale but without pressure. Prices are very reasonable. Tip: lock your pet in a room that is not being cleaned so they don't get sprayed with pretreatment. Confim your appointment time twice. read more

Paul was so rude and unprofessional that I canceled my carpet cleaning appointment even though I had already paid for it. He was 40 mins late with no phone call or warning. When I called him to see where he was and express concern that he was so tardy with no call or warning he said that his truck had broken down. I asked why I hadn't been called and he began yelling at ME saying that it wasn't his fault. He was extremely aggressive, rude and professional. After spending hours moving furniture they call at 4:30 pm stating they will not make the 2-4pm appointment. They offered to come back in over two weeks. What a joke. Take your chances. read more
