I had Mark and his son come out and clean my residential carpets and was really impressed with the quality of the cleaning that they provided. I have Berber carpets which were in good condition but had a lot of staining and they were able to resolve all of my problems. Interestingly enough they do NOT move furniture, but they told me that ahead of time and I had plenty of advance notice to move things out of the way which enabled them to get to all the corners of every room. They took their time, did a great job, protected the corners of the walls where the hose was being run to other rooms, and did a great job of cleanup. Highly recommended! read more

Top notch. Our doggie had an accident on our carpet so we had to have it cleaned. We decided to also have our carpeted stairs and landings cleaned at the same time. I called Cleanstarr on a Sunday and Mark returned my call the same day. We discussed the situation, he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate, and he was able to schedule us in for the following Wednesday. When he arrived we went over the whole project area (he even found a few dog pee stains we didn't know about) and he quoted me a final price that we agreed on before he started the work. The guy from Cleanstarr Carpet cleaning, was really nice, and funny too. He did a great job on what we asked him to clean, and clearly worked hard. He showed us a spot in the dining room when he had most of it clean, so we could see how bad it was. That room was shag too, which I think is harder to clean. I found this company on Yelp while requesting quotes to have a large sectional cleaned. Mark was very responsive, and was the only company to ask for pictures in order to give an accurate price. I decided to go read some reviews and found that nearly all of them were 5-star, happy customers. So, I decided to go with him. Mark was able to fit me in his schedule in less than a week, which made me happy. I wasn't home for the actual job as I was at work and the cleaning took FIVE hours (12 removable cushions and 5 throw pillows). Wow, talk about a thorough cleaning. When I arrived home the cushions were propped up on the floor to allow for proper drying of all components. When I put everything back together, I couldn't have been happier. I am preparing to sell my house, and requested quotes for carpet cleaning on Yelp. Mark W immediately responded and was able to meet my tight time frame. He wanted to be precise with his quote, so we set up a time to meet. He was timely and efficient in reviewing the space. He was also safe during this time of COVID, wearing a mask in my house. His quote was extremely reasonable--$135-and I hired him right away to do the work. Mark scheduled the cleaning to occur the following week. On the day of the cleaning he arrived on time and the work took about two hours, as he said it would. He was careful in the space, much of which was freshly painted. Mark did a GREAT job detailing my car's interior before I sold it! I plan to take the car I'm still driving and have him do that one, as well. You should be aware that he works out of his home, so there's not a "lobby" to sit and read while he works, as I went prepared to do.
