Where do I start? Their scheduling is awful. Before they started, I told them I was having a gathering on a specific date so they should not start unless it could be completed by that date. They assured me it would be. Well, they did the first step but then the other steps kept getting delayed due to another job they were doing. Also, in the meantime, I cannot use my patio until the work is completed. I had to make several angry phone calls and they finally finished the DAY before the gathering (but only because I made a stink, otherwise it would not have been). I was very unhappy with the company's unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and just overall lack of care. Fast forward to 8 months later and now there are weeds and mold growing in the joints. When selling me the service, they had claimed the sealing would prevent this, as it was my main issue for having the work done. It even said on their website that sealing would prevent these things and that sealing only needed to be done every 3 years. Now they claimed that mold, mildew, and growth in the joints were normal and expected. They have since taken down the info on their website (but I have screenshots). False advertising and false claims. They basically said "sorry" and refused any sort of refund. read more
