This market has been in WeHo for decades and as far as my college 's yrs back in the 90s and it had been here prior to that too. It got facelift several years back and is one of the biggest (in size) in Hollywood for sure. Plenty of parking, their parking lot and on the rooftop. Plenty of choices and options plus hot & cold foods ready to eat and fresh products. Friendly and helpful staff here make a great different. Love the market and even though I came here once or twice a yr since I don't go to up here much anymore but if I do, alway stop by.

I used to shop here because they had the best selection of unusual and high quality products and friendly service -- the gorgeous produce was there but little else last week-end! Hardly any customers late morning and the employees were much more interested in talking to each other than to customers, including the cashier who talked about her social life to the Pavilions staff hanging over the divider behind her the entire time I was there. Around the huge cheese counter, the same thing with three employees chatting it up --and a guy behind the counter who just stared - not a move to greet customers or do the samples set up. What a disappointment!

This place a great Market to stop at on Santa Monica and Robertson in WeHo. Clean, Organized, well staffed(Am) Store. I've come In Many times during the day and evenings, but never looked like today. Come check this store out early part of the day. Lots of choices to choose from.

I was passing by and decided to grab a quick snack at Pavilions, and wow this place is amazing! It's a huge store, packed with fresh produce, fresh juices, and an incredible variety of snacks. I just couldn't believe how big it was! They even have a large bakery section with fresh cakes every day though I didn't try those this time. I picked up some snacks and a few drinks, and everything was delicious. The restroom was a bit busy, understandably, probably because there aren't many public restrooms nearby so it was a little worn, but they kept it as clean as possible. There were also a lot of security guards, which was interesting, though it didn't affect my shopping. The self-checkout was super convenient and fast. It's a bustling supermarket, for sure, but that just shows how popular it is. With a big parking lot and so much variety, it's a fantastic addition to the area definitely a go-to spot!

1.0.1 Ultra Premium Vodka. So stocked they have my favorite Vodka and what a price!!!

It's a good store, I come here for their glazed donuts once in a while. Employees are decent. The store looks nice. Happy camper!

Meal preparation is very time consuming having to buy groceries, prepping, cooking and packing healthy foods. Once upon a time, I was eating very healthy and living that Keto friendly lifestyle. Do I want to do it every day? Not really. Which is why taking supplements is just as important as eating a healthy diet. I truly appreciate Whole Foods for giving their customers these options to enjoy. Last month, I got to revisit delicious delicatessen ready to eat meals . So very satisfying, wide assortment of vegetables, proteins and side dishes. There are also a variety of soups, brown and white rice, and pizzas. Love the options from the salad and hot bar. Their menu items change daily. I also purchased vitamins to replenish my home and travel supply. Plant Based Protein and Ascents Pre-workout to switch up from what I've been normally taking. Whole Foods Market in West Hollywood has free ample parking. And for those of us who do excessive and unnecessary online shopping on Amazon, there is a Prime Counter that can take returns. The floral department also has lots of fresh and simple flowers at a very affordable price!

To be fair, I tried to check out B Hills but it was chaotic af, I was doing a test drive and didn't want anything to happen to the car trying to find parking so I said screw it. This may be as close as I get and that's fine. I know it's a photo op for many, but this is my market of choice. I truly am a fan. Thankfully parking was easier here, I got a spot by the door and went in. Given that it was a Sunday, I appreciated it. I know it's the OG so it's nice to finally pay my respects. Understandably the layouts a bit different and I'm here for it. I'm not used to seeing the soup right by the door. I got some broccoli at the hot bar I'd never seen before, yum! I wish I saw it more. They had my beef chili, eggs I've never seen. Though I'm over the hold my beer on egg prices. I tap out with my $15 Erewhon dozen. Store was clean as always, staff was kind, loads of people as always, but I didn't need priority checkout bc the line was nonexistent when I checked out. It was probably harder to get out than in, but nothing I don't deal w at the Pasadena store. I still want to go back to WeHo, but I'm happy I finally made it here. Is this place part of my personality, ya. Do I care, nope! I'll come back, especially if I get confused about which store I'm going to lol.

If a trip to Whole Foods earns them the nickname "Whole Paycheck", Erewhon will probably cost you your monthly rent. And yet, like a moth to a flame, I couldn't help but make a trip here to check out their wildly popular (and expensive) smoothies! Wandering through the aisles, Erewhon has all of the basics you would expect to find at a market, but a lot of the brands they carry aren't the typical mainstream ones you'll find at most other supermarkets. In a sense, they're like the Whole Foods of Whole Foods, as they almost exclusively feature premium/luxury brands that position themselves as being more "health focused". While that sort of claim can be relative (e.g. lower calories, but higher sodium), there's no question that the quality of their fresh produce, meats, and seafood definitely looked pretty legit, with a lot of products that are organic, free-range, cage-free, hormone-free, etc. As for the aforementioned smoothies that so many folks both praise and complain about, they're made fresh to order from their tonic bar that sits in the middle store - easy to find, but inconvenient to navigate past. With over a dozen different pre-set flavors/combinations to choose from, along with the option to customize and/or create your own, the menu has so much to offer. What's more, if you aren't in the mood for one of their smoothies, they also have freshly pressed juices, coffees, and teas. Even though their Strawberry Glaze Smoothie is easily their most popular smoothie (and best, according to Hailey Bieber), we opted to try their MALIBU MANGO SMOOTHIE ($21) instead. Based purely on taste, this actually wasn't too shabby - It had a nice punch of mango flavor and the consistency was smooth with just the right thickness to it. Plus, I liked how creamy both the texture and taste was and how it wasn't overly sweet. That being said, after tax/tip, did it taste $28 good? No. Although there wasn't anything inherently "bad" with this, it didn't taste all that different from the one I can get by my place in SF that costs me less than half as much. Despite how expensive the smoothie was, which at least I was already prepared for, the thing that really took us by surprise was how long it took for it to be made. Granted, this location might be an outlier, as its proximity to The Grove probably contributes to the number of people that were here, but I never would've guessed we'd have to wait almost half an hour for our order. Since I don't live anywhere near an Erewhon, I can't say if/when I would come back, but I certainly wouldn't entirely rule it out, as I liked the smoothie we got and I'm genuinely curious about the Strawberry Glaze one as well as some of their prepared foods. However, for how much it would set me back, it'll probably have to come after the next time I get a bonus or a raise so I can feel a little better about the splurge. Four stars for taste and the quality of what Erewhon has, but two stars, at best, for value, so three it is.

I called around 4 PM to place a cookie order and spoke with Ashley. I was immediately told that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice--without being asked how many cookies I needed or any details about the order. I even clarified that I was only looking for one dozen original cookies and one dozen milk chocolate, and she reiterated that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice. What was most frustrating wasn't even the policy--it was the lack of basic customer service. There were no follow-up questions, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no effort to see if anything could be accommodated for the next day. The conversation felt very one-sided and dismissive. I've ordered from other Bristol Farms locations throughout Southern California and have not encountered such a rigid, across-the-board policy, which made this experience even more surprising. I ended up placing the order elsewhere, and my group was very happy with that decision for several reasons, including the overall service experience. At a minimum, I would expect staff to: * Ask a few clarifying questions before declining a request * Offer alternatives or solutions when possible * Communicate policies in a more customer-friendly way Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced slow or inconsistent service at this particular counter, which makes it harder to rely on. I would also be interested to understand what measures are in place to ensure team members are trained and supported to deliver a customer-focused experience that helps grow the business, rather than turning away reasonable requests.
