He said it will cost $125 and would not charge more if i paid in cash. He arrived on 10.28.18 and did the driveway. I mentioned it was going to rain, he said it was fine. After the rain, most of the seal coat washed away and left the drive way spotted with white marks. He also sprayed tar all over siding on the house and one half of the garage door. We went back and forth in text messages and he always has an excuse. He will then say he will do it again, and never show up. I asked for a refund, but he has not given it back. His wife texted me and said Matthew was in a car accident and had broken bones but would have one of his assistants redo the driveway on 11.08.18. That never happened. I texted again and said I want a refund, no more excuses. Matthew still has not responded and no one has resolved the issue with my driveway and damage to my house.
