As I stood waiting for my dogs, I listened to the staff talk to a family who was going to purchase one of their puppies. They gave a whole lecture about how they love all of their dogs and have the right to take the dog back if they find out it's not being treated well, etc., etc. My dogs they didn't care so much about. My beagle was bleeding when I picked him up. Nothing was said to me about it. And both dogs had their harnesses wrapped around their necks instead of properly on their bodies. I was told the staff didn't know how they worked. Really? Just be aware. They look like a great facility, but they may not give you the service they promise.

Dogtopia of Fredericksburg took the time, had the patience and kindness, and the professionalism I've looked for for ages. Nikki did well, was not afraid, and clearly had a wonderful day. Nina had a blast networking with the other dogs whose company she craves. It's making me tear up (for the 4th time today) seeing them get the play I'm a bit too old and tired to give them.
