The details are a little hazy but I do remember a particular employee going the extra mile for me one time to straighten out my order and get me the paste that my cat needed. Today I was there for the litterbox pellets that my bunny uses, Yesterday's and I was reminded of what great customer service - with a smile - and extension of care this place provides. We have payed over 1,000 dollars for her spay with the puppy package but now they are refusing to spay the dog. Never come here if you care about your pet, as they make it extremely difficult and hard on pet parents. They both proceeded to hold my puppy down, and hold her snout closed all while the owner kept yelling at her to "Stop it!" "You're being dramatic!". She is a 16 week old puppy who just got her paw hurt, of course she was scared! This wasn't just a little nick, her nail was cut past the quick. I told the owner that, and told her this was completely unnecessary and I was highly dissatisfied with what just happened. She shrugged her shoulders and said "This happens all the time". Our pups paw bled for 45 mins, and she limped on it for quite a while. I will never be coming back and I refuse to recommend this place of business to anyone! The dog loves going here for his bath. No other grooming service in town elicits such a response from him. I can't say enough good things about the comfort, relief, satisfaction, and trust this kind of a consistent response from the dog brings me and my son. A few times I've shown up with an appointment but they were too full and I had to take the dog home without his bath. He literally whined and cried all the way home, staring out the back window, then he sulked and moped around for two whole days after; it was heartbreaking. Literal tears from his eyes, and his face so very sad, and he didn't want to get out of the car when we got home, then he lingered by the door for a couple days after. His message to me was clear. He expected his bath from his favorite groomer and missed it. Great prices. Specials & coupons are available in local ad mailer magazines and via online. It's easier to get in for full bath if you set an appointment in advance, because they are always busy, especially around any holiday time. They offer self-grooming options too, but I've never used that service from them yet. They used to give a neckerchief to dogs they bathed, but then earlier this rear (2024) I realized they stopped giving the dogs their neckerchief. That saddened me as I was collecting them to make a blanket to eventually memorialize this aging senior dog. I don't know why they stopped it. I always looked forward to seeing which design he would get on bath day. I think he likes it too because when I would remove it a couple days post-bath, he would insistently ask for it and energetically play with it for hours. I hope they begin doing this again.
