Groomer said my dog had an ear Infection. She was aliment about it so I took my dog to the vet and paid the vet bill. NO ear infection. The next time she said my dog had an infected anal gland. Again Vet bill NO infection. She ruined my digs muzzle. Cut the hair off the top clean down and it's supposed to be long only clipped my eyes. She also cut off some ear hair that is supposed to be long and the tail half way up from the bottom She trimmed it to base all 3 inches shorter than bottom half of tail. She was instructed to leave the tail alone and the muzzle alone. She talked down to me and obviously cannot follow instructions. BEWARE. is what I say to you. Cheap price cheap results.... read more

I had some trouble finding a groomer who would treat my 22 year old kitty for hair mattes. She had long since given up on grooming and with her regular bathing that was required to keep her clean, she was developing mattes. Other groomers I called were too concerned about her age to try. Understandable, but we still needed to keep her comfortable. Kitty was great with her. For about a year we came in for regular brush outs, clips if needed, and shaving of problematic areas. Kitty is definitely outspoken which took me by surprise initially, but I came to enjoy her conversation both with me and sometimes she wasn't talking to me at all but was carrying on a conversation on with my cat or her cat loving poodle watching the grooming session. I really appreciated Kitty's reliability, if she says she'll be there then she'll be there, willingness to fit into your schedule (she came in on her day off once), and advice about keeping the mattes to a minimum and her general care of my kitty. Her office is quite cute and reminds me of a child's daycare for fur babies. I imagine both fur babies and their parents delight in visiting. Her prices are incredibly reasonable and I loved how she always left my old lady cat smelling like she was headed out for a night on the town! I am so happy that I found Bubbles and Bows! I boarded my anxious Miniature Australian Shepard there for 4 nights and Kitty was amazing with him. She was very reassuring when I told her about my dog's problem behavior. He was a happy dog when I picked him up after my trip. She even gave him a bath! This is the most amazing grooming place in Centralia. Kitty did an awesome job on my cat, he's a big boy with lots of hair and had lots of hair mats because he wouldn't let me get to him. But she took Kitty by the horns and did a fantastic job she talked to my Thunder Cat the entire time and I was so very impressed with the job she did. Thunder will be seeing more of her. My favorite part was being able to play with her puppy white she felt with my growling hissing mess of a kitty cat. Very reasonably priced. Great advice and conversation. Thank you! My pup loved this place! The groomer was super fun and friendly-it's awesome too they have an area for the dogs to lounge around with other dogs (at least small dogs) while they're waiting their turn or when they're done vs being stuck in a kennel! Definitely recommend! read more

I took my dog for an afternoon doggie daycare and about 2 hours before I was to pick her up I was in a vehicle accident. The owner kept my dog without any hesitation until after I was released from the hospital 4 days later! My dog was in great spirits, clean and happy! They were so helpful in getting our dogs in quickly as we were leaving the area. They did an awesome job grooming and bathing our two golden retrievers. My husband took them in at 7:30 and they were all done by 8:40. Kitty was very nice and friendly. Showed him their play area and boarding if we ever need it. We will take them back to be groomed here any time we are in the area. We travel in our RV. Recommend highly! read more

I have had my little boy kitty in for grooming about two years ago so I needed to get him in again and who to call PAW PATCH. I talked with kitty and explained how matted my little boy has gotten since the covid shut everything down I couldn't get him in when I needed to. She said no problem so I found someone to take him for me. Well let me tell you something--I will NEVER take him to her again. Her dogs were in the grooming room with her and my kitty is afraid of dogs, she only clipped him part way and left all the clipped hair on him. She said she couldn't finish that I would have to take him to a vet and they sedate him and will cut the skin to get the mats out but then will stitch him up before he leaves. You should see my little guy and she was huffing and deep sighing like she didn't want to do it, well she might do well on dogs but she does a crappy job with cats. Please do yourself a favor and you little kitty cat too don't take kitty to Paw Patch. My little guy is traumatized by this visit. read more

I bring my German Shepherd in about once every 8 weeks. She is a rescue dog and is timid by nature and doesn't love to meet new people. She is very comfortable at Bubbles and Bows and loves the staff that cares for her grooming needs. Probably fine if they stay away from clippers. Very disappointing. Kitty needs communication skills......speaks way too often and over you if you try to respond or if you have anything AT ALL to say. Could not give receipt beyond hand written on back of business card. (!?!?)Very poorly run business. Lacking in clipper skills. Very inconsistent on clipped length, from nice and even to long and untouched ( he looked moth eaten). Very weird experience. Husband wanted to climb out of skin with the endless inappropriate chatter that included very strange remarks about dog's "sexiness" to whether dog smelled like a "french whore" ......Way too weird and will not go back nor recommend. read more
