We brought our 4 month old golden doodle in for his first grooming appointment and were met with…read morenothing but excuses as to why they were "unable to groom" our puppy. I can understand if a dog is difficult to keep still and how a groomer may have some trouble grooming if a dog has too much energy, but the attitude of the gentleman sitting at the front desk was nothing short of condescending and rude. When asked if they had anything to help keep our puppy still or distract him while the groomer worked he responded by saying "this isn't a circus" and continuously questioned where we got our puppy and if he was properly trained. That being said the groomer located downstairs had a much better attitude about the situation but the establishment did little to nothing other than clip his nails, shower him, and return him to us all while making sure to let us know exactly how "annoying" and "loud" the puppy was when they put him in a cage. The gentleman at the front desk himself told us we should look for a different groomer multiple times. Personally I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone looking for a specific hair style for their pup or a helpful and caring group of people for their puppies first grooming session because this establishment offered neither.

The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

This is really important for me as depending on app-based dog walking services can be pretty unreliable. I'd emailed Pet Sitters Club at short notice to establish walks for my puppy Leo, and James came early to our apartment on a Saturday morning to set everything up. He saw some behavior to be corrected with Leo and he went right into training mode which was great for me as a first time puppy mother to learn. He also gave me other tips that I've incorporated into Leo's training. Leo's walked by Gabby daily and we're really happy with her!
