When I took my dog to this Dog n Cat house Salon for a grooming they were very ridiculing, judgemental and rude due to the condition of my dogs fur...obviously I was aware of the condition and needed the help with my dogs fur if I am taking him to get groomed and was hoping to possibly be advised on how to take care of a very furry/hairy dog which I lacked knowledge in, (note I hadn't had this dog very long and is the first I've ever had this fur result) instead I was given negative opinions which was not the service I expected.
