This is a service I've received in the past since we've been here for the past several years without issues . The groomer after I said he's good agreed to bathe him . When we got home, I noticed the groom was uneven. He usually gets a lion cut, but his tail was left fully furred with no explanation. More concerning, some of his whiskers were cut, which should never happen. For nearly $200 with tip, this was extremely disappointing. The positive thing is my cat was well behaved as I expected and he's clean and no longer matted in certain places .

At other places - We've brought him to other places in the past where the groomers have shaved too close and our dog had visible razor burns/nicks on him. For a week while he healed, he would always be weary, lethargic, etc. Not here! He's always had a great cut, safe haircut and never had signs of injury. He's always his usual self after the haircut and we love it every time. In terms of value, I think it's pretty fair for a fur cut. Toy poodle for around $70-80.

I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.

We met outside to do a curbside drop off, and she asked us what types of services we wanted, what type of cut we'd like, pretty much all the specifics. We sent her some reference pictures, and then went home to chill. My favorite thing was getting updates throughout the grooming session. She texted us photos and videos of the grooming process and would ask us what we thought of his fur length towards the end. When we went to pick him up, he was super happy and excited. She did such an amazing job with him. He's a 9 year old pomeranian mix, and he came back looking like a puppy. Also, I'm not sure what shampoo and conditioner she used on him, but his fur has never been softer. It's been two weeks since his grooming, and his fur is still super soft.
