This is the only place I take my dog Sophie to get grooming. You can trust them with your fur babies. They do a good job in grooming and they are nice as well. Sophie loves this spa. I definitely recommend this place but I know they are not accepting new customers right now because they only have few groomers. read more

Took my yorkie/Pomeranian there for the first time...very very friendly staff and very clean! She was interested in how I wanted my dog to get his puppy cut on the phone and in person. They even put bandanas on them which I love! He has already been getting compliments.. I definitely will be taking him back there and will be telling my mom to start taking her dog there. I took my elderly Pomeranian there one time a few years ago to get him a puppy cut for the Summer. When I picked him up, they had shaved him all the way to his skin! He did not have any mats, so there was no need to shave him. They even left burn and cut marks on his skin from the shaving. Now they won't take anyone unless you bring your dog in AT LEAST three times a year for grooming. It's ridiculous!!! They told me they used to be with a larger grooming business just a mile or two away, but broke off from them. Now I understand why they broke off and opened their own grooming business! They were all extremely rude and blamed me for supposed mats in his thick undercoat; there were absolutely NO MATS in his coat when I took him in!! He wanted to get out of there so bad; he HATED it there!!! I wouldn't recommend them to groom ANY animals at all!!! read more

Tammy's Paw Spa is a great place. The people are wonderful and friendly and not only did my dog enjoy his visit but came home looking beautiful and happy. They did such a great job on him and at a reasonable price. I had tried another local groomer but they shaved him down to the skin, something that shouldn't be done to a double coated dog. Tammy's trimmed him up neatly and cleaned up the undercoat and left him looking amazing. GREAT JOB!!!! read more

Called today to get an appointment for my 80 year old mother's dog so that she won't continue to drive all the way to Russellville to get her groomed! I was told they are "no longer accepting new dogs." She said, "We are short on groomers and already booking 5 weeks out...not accepting any new dogs." Hmmm, bad business practices if you ask me. If a business is that successful, perhaps they should hire a larger staff. I was not even asked if I would like to book further out than 5 weeks. That might have been an option that could have been offered. The girl on the phone was blasé and bored sounding; like it was an inconvenience for her to have had to even answer the phone. read more

I understand your business is by appointment and you accept walk-ins. But here's the deal, don't accept walk-ins if you are going to groom those dogs last at the end of the day. I stumbled upon this business at 8 o'clock in the morning on the way to our normal dog groomers, I have two Shih-Tzus that are not crated, EVER. When the owner said it "would be late this afternoon before they're ready, can I just call you when they're done?" Me: "Of course, I'm in class until 3 o'clock anyways, so that will be fine." Well, 3 o'clock rolls around and I am done for the day, called to see if my girls were almost done. They had not even been started. I was shocked. She said, "I told you it would be late this afternoon." I asked if it was going to be 6 or 7 p.m. - her response, "yes, at least." Seriously??? That is evening NOT late afternoon. I go to get them... Still in the crate. Never taken out. No water. WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES, EVER!!! Got my girls and left! 6 1/2 hours in the crate with no water! read more

I dropped my shihtzu off to be groomed here as I am new in town and I saw the ratings were very good. I had to wait 15 min to be checked in because there was only one person there and she wasn't the most pleasant person when the lady took her. I told her I wanted a puppy cut, not short. When I picked her up she had been cut really short and her head was so messed up. I probably could have done a better job myself. The prices are low but you get what you pay for... an inexperienced groomer. read more
