After 10 years of being a Pawderosa customer, they've lost my business for good. I am the type of person that likes to build a relationship with a company or service and stay there long term, so it didn't bother me that Pawderosa didn't have all the bells and whistles (like included daycare with boarding and live camera feeds) their competition has. I was a very content customer, other than one issue that I considered relatively minor in the grand scope of things. I've personally referred dozens of people to them over the years, which I now greatly wish I could take back. A few weeks ago, Pawderosa asked their customers to fill out a survey to ostensibly help them improve their service. I filled it out with generally high marks, but did note that the hours of operation are tricky to abide by. The posted hours here on Google are incorrect; they actually close their lobby every day from 12-1, and occasionally other times too for staff trainings or for other reasons. There is no communication with their clients about this other than posting it on their door. I am a business owner, mom to a toddler, and I have 2 pets as well, so trying to find time to drop off my dog without running into their closures has sometimes been an issue for me. I noted that in the survey, and their reply to that was to tell me to call the office if the door is locked and they would facilitate a drop off that way. That solved my problem, and I thought that was the end of that. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and my wife arrived 5 minutes after 12 to drop off our dog. She called me and I said "Oh no worries, they told us just to call them if this happens so I'll do that." I called and they let it ring through a few times, but I kept on trying, as that is what I was instructed to do. They finally answered, I explained the situation, and they told my wife to go ahead and drop off our dog. When she stepped into the office, Hannah was extremely rude to her, ignoring her greetings and admonishing her to mind the posted hours next time. My wife walked away feeling like she had just been sent to the principals office! So of course, I wanted to address this rudeness: I sent an email to one of the managers in hopes that we'd be able to clear the air and receive an apology for the rude treatment. What ensued were some of the most humiliating and awkward conversations my wife and I have ever been party to in a professional setting. Hannah called me from her personal cell phone (perhaps to avoid the call being recorded on the company line, but that is pure speculation) and berated me for 3 minutes straight. She let me know in no uncertain terms that she was not sorry for behaving the way she behaved, and gave me a talking to like I was a disobedient child for calling during their lunch hour as instructed. When I asked who I could escalate this issue to, given that she made NO attempt to smooth this issue over with me, she told me "no one" and that she's the top of the line due to the owner being a busy entrepreneur who doesn't speak with clients. Being a business owner myself, I found that rather shocking. I would never tell any of my customers that I am too busy to speak with them, especially not people that have been loyal to my business for 10 years and spent tens of thousands of dollars at my establishment. But either way, I took the hint. Hannah and Pawderosa management were letting me know that they don't need my business and to not let the door hit me on the way out. Then my wife called, giving them the benefit of the doubt and sure that this was a huge misunderstanding. She spoke with Amanda, who doubled down on Hannah's message, saying that I am "a bad vibe," "hostile," "irritating" and that I am a "problem client." Amanda's idea of fixing this was to cut me out of all future communications and deal exclusively with my wife. She asked what specifically I have done to warrant these descriptions of my character, and Amanda said "well I don't know off the top of my head." When asked if I had ever raised my voice to her or any staff member or used bad language with any of them, Amanda admitted no, I had never done that. So by their own admission, there is actually no evidence of me being anything but cordial and professional with them, besides my "vibe". Safe to say, this was all news to me! I rarely even interact with their staff, outside of sending them reservation request emails and vaccination updates. When I pick up or drop off my dog, it's a 1 minute interaction at most, and I am, as a rule, very sure to say Thank You. So, I scoured my email to see if I had ever been a "problem client" as accused, and I did have some constructive feedback for them in 2017 -- nearly 8 years ago. I suppose that and letting them know on their survey that their hours are inconvenient are enough to throw away a 10 year relationship and make me feel like I'm back in high school being gossiped about by the mean girls. read more

We returned to Pawderosa in the Fall of 2023 after adopting a rescue Saint Bernard and finding that he wasn't enjoying life with our Great Dane. At the point of returning the Saint Bernard to the rescue we contacted Pawderosa to talk about their training program. Their staff and trainer spent hours with both dogs, reintroducing them, working on training with both, and allowing them to get to know each other and build a relationship away from us and on neutral territory. Of course we had to reinforce the process at home. After a few weeks of training, we learned to manage our Great Dane and provide boundaries and to allow the Saint Bernard space to relax and decompress in his new home. Things are great now and we our so thankful for the staff at Pawderosa for their help. My previous review didn't take into account that our Great Dane needed help to calm down and play appropriately with other dogs. We used to really love this place when we started coming here about 4 years ago. I loved that the dogs got to have open play while they were boarding and not just confined to a kennel for their stay. However, they have recently changed pricing and structure and it seems there is some nuance every time we come in. Make sure you read the plethora of colorful, sporadic flyers on the wall so you can remember ever new policy they've implemented. It's like playing a fun game of "Where's Waldo?" with your checking account. Now you have to make reservations for daycare? Early checkout fee? Late checkout fee? Checkout fee waived if a pay for a bath? I have to pay for belly rubs? Is my dog really going to tell me if they didn't receive the full $25 worth of belly rubs? When i do remember to make a reservation before dropping my dogs off, I feel like the dogs are cramped up the entire time and not as tired as they used to be after a full day of stay. They used to take pictures of my dogs and have wagcams for me to look at while at work, but sadly those are all gone (and yet the price goes up for belly rubs?!?...) The staff is always turning over and sometimes I'm worried if they even have it on record that my dogs are in their custody. read more

We took our dogs here almost two years ago when we went on a two-week trip vacation. This was after us visiting A LOT of different doggy day cares, so that we could find one that would be best for them. We really liked the feel of this place: 1) because they had webcams (we could watch them while we were on vacation and know they were doing OK). 2) because they provided us with a ride to and from the airport and we were able to park our car on their lot so we didn't have to worry about airport parking, 3) because they were the cheapest among different other ones in San Antonio area and were able to take our second dog for a bit cheaper since we put in more than one dog 4) the fact they got to play outside all day so that during the nighttime they would sleep the entire time! 5) there is a separate big dog/little dog area (it's a BIG plus) Ultimately, we had a great experience here. The people were usually very friendly and when they noticed one of our dogs needed their rabies vaccination, with our permission they gave it to him for free! It was nice that they had it there readily available in case any dogs needed their shots while they are there and their "parents" are not. From what I could tell, all of the people here loved the dogs. Even when we'd watch the webcams, they keep their facilities very clean and while the dogs are outside playing, there were a few people inside cleaning the floors/crates/etc. Definitely check this place out, you won't regret it. I've been a customer of Pawderosa Ranch for a few years based on a recommendation & I don't think we will ever use another service for dog boarding. We Pawderosa! Highlights: Pawderosa is always willing to help out their regulars by providing them space for pets even if they are full. This Christmas, I never knew that it was so hard to find a dog kennel to take my 2 dogs, Teddy and Baxter. I called 10+ places, Lucy's Doggie Day Care, Rob Cary, etc. everyone had an extensive waiting list and were completely booked. I called Pawderosa and told Amanda my sob story that I could not find any boarding for my dogs. She told me if I brought dog crates for both our dogs, she could fit them in over the Christmas weekend! Naturally I was overjoyed that she worked with me to help us out. None of the other dog kennels would even entertain the idea of bringing our own crates. Great customer service, Amanda! Pawderosa Rocks! Lowlights: Other than the fact that they are popular, there are no negatives. Our dogs come back from Pawderosa bathed and happy, and do not have destructive behavior like they do when they stay at the vet for boarding, so we're a happy dog family. We definitely recommend Pawderosa Ranch to any dog owner in San Antonio who wants to make sure their loved one is taken cared of while on vacation. P.S. We go out of town often and thought this would be a good place to leave them...wirong. I left my dogs for boarding and when I brought them home I realized one of my dogs had blood which I was able to trace back to his tail. When I called to find out what happened, they said it might be happy tail that could have happened when he was kenneled. I understand injuries might happen but no one ever called me, even when I picked him up no one said anything. I had to take him into the emergency hospital to get stitches but the vets think he might have to get his tail amputated. According to the vet, it is hard to believe this happened over one night, the manager said it might have scabbed then opened up again when he saw me but I was never informed it happened in the first place. I paid over $300 for 5 nights and daycare plus $400 for the vet. We're hoping he doesn't need his tail cut off for another $1000. I trusted my dogs to be well taken care of and now I can't help but question how the rest of the stay went. read more

We love Pawderosa! Niko (our American Bully) has been here plenty of times & we've always had a great experience. We board him on weekends we're going out of town to places where there's no dogs allowed & have even used the doggie day care when we're out running around & don't want him to be at home alone all day. Obviously, you'll need to bring your dogs shot records if it's your first time. I mean how would they know your dog is up to date if you don't, right? The last time we took Niko he needed his bordatella (sp?) & they were actually able to give it to him there which was awesome. We usually choose the trailblazer package and get "barkmail" from our dog along with pics of him playing. It feels good to know he's having fun when we're away. When we pick him up we also get a report card on how he did during his stay. I absolutely love taking Bella (my Chihuahua) here for a number of reasons: 1) The staff. They care so much about the animals that stay there -- from taking care of the basics concerning their care to snapping photos, playing with them, and loving on them. I really enjoy hearing the stories about how they interacted with Bella during her stays. My dog doesn't like men, but she likes the guys at Pawderosa (my family still doesn't believe me when I tell them). 2) The facility. You can get a tour of the grounds to see where the dogs play and sleep. It's all open, and they are happy to show you around. Given that it gets so hot in Texas, I was initially nervous about Bella over-heating with the amount of outdoor playtime, but they adjust their outside play hours to not jeopardize the dogs' safety. 3) Open play. My dog is a rescue and hadn't been very socialized. Pawderosa has an open play area where Bella can get exercised and socialized with both dogs and the staff. They have a grassy area that she just loves, and small dogs are separated from the big ones. 4) Location. Very close to the San Antonio airport if you're traveling out of town! If in town, they're right off 281/Nakoma so very convenient if in the city. At the end of each stay, they give you a daily progress report of your pet's visit. It outlines the pet's temperament, their appetite, bathroom regularity, etc. Good for making sure they behaved. :) The only reason I won't be able to take Bella there anymore is due to a job transfer to another city. I tried convincing Pawderosa to move with me, but it didn't work. :) read more

This place is amazing. It started out rocky but I grew a fondness for Pawderosa. I must admit I was apprehensive about leaving my dog here, I have a daycare in Austin that I adore and I knew nothing about this place except for the few reviews I read elsewhere online. But it was finals time and I needed to be able to take my dog somewhere to tire him out so that I could study for finals. After three daycare days and one overnight board I have to say I would definitely return here. My dog loved it and he seemed to have fallen in love w/ one of the staffers there, a man, I'm sorry I can't remember his name because he was quite amazing. What makes me even more fond of this place is that they have a staffer, the same staffer who my dog grew to love in just three days, who stays onsite to take care of the dogs at night. This made me feel a lot more at ease, especially b/c it was my first time ever boarding my dog. If I ever have another need to board or send my dog to daycare in San Antonio, I'd definitely go here. My dog has stayed at the Schertz location several times over the last couple of years, Earlier this year my dog was diagnosed with diabetes. It was well in advance of me needing them to keep my dog, so I called them to see if they would be able to accommodate me with my dog needing shots twice a day. They assured me that they could provide this service without a problem. When I made my reservations the last time everything was fine. Thursday evening after 5 o'clock they called me to tell me that could no longer accommodate my little dog. First, Why did they tell me that they could when they wouldn't. Second, Why when I call they seldom answer the phone. I always seem to be leaving a message and having to wait for a call back. I am through doing business with a company that has as little concern for their customers as this business does. read more

I have been using Pawderosa's boarding facility for my two dogs during short weekend trips for the last seven years. During that time I was very pleased with the services they provided at the rates they requested. Throughout the years we witnessed Pawderosa expanded its services, rotate management and personnel and occasionally increase rates. I was happy to stick with Pawderosa because I believed in its overall mission. Recently however we have had a change of heart. I very much respect all the lovely people that are caring for the dogs and my distaste is not with anyone that works there. I do however have an issue with the rate changes that occurred several months ago, the added "services" and reason for the change . Pawderosa was appealing to me originally because it was an all day play boarding facility for a single rate. Recent changes separate boarding rates (no play time sessions, only potty breaks) and play session package rates. The package rates allow for 2 hour play sessions. The more play sessions you want (up to 3) the more expensive the package per day. Pawderosa is playing up the package deals by saying they include one on one time with your dog, a gourmet treat, extra tummy rubs, etc. Their claim is that this one on one time benefits the overall psychological well being of the dogs. I have a couple of issues with this. 1) the psychological well being of my dogs is not determined by a two to three night stay at a boarding facility and 2) this type of description/fluff appears to be designed to tug at the heart strings of individuals who feel guilty about leaving their pet to play throughout the day with other dogs (nothing to feel guilty about really). IMO the dogs were previously allowed supervised all day play time with other dogs, food, warm shelter and any home items like a cozy bed and toy (all these are physiologically and psychologically ideal). Doggy paradise really. All this was previously provided at a very reasonable rate. As a result of the rate change a several night boarding session has jumped from a previous ( close estimation) $200 boarding fee for all day play to a $380 HALF-day play boarding fee. I'd rather my dogs skip the $180 dollar tummy rubs and gourmet treats thanks. When asked about why the rates were going up one individual I spoke with indicated that in addition to the one on one additions the rate hike was to provide continued dog training to facility personnel. I'm not sure it's the best business plan to have the cost of training personnel translate so greatly to the consumer. Sadly, Pawderosa has lost my business and that of others that may ask for my opinion. I have found a highly recommended all day play boarding facility that offers all of the previously mentioned services without the BS. At a very reasonable rate, reminiscent of rates Pawderosa used to have. Overall I am very disappointed in the changes and hope Pawderosa one day gets back to the basics that made it a great place . read more

We've been using Pawderosa for the past year and a half, and have been very happy with the level of treatment our dogs have received. We would have continued to use Pawderosa indefinitely, except for their huge price increase a few months ago. The previous terms were about $60 to board two dogs per night (~$30/dog in the same kennel with a small discount for the second dog). What that got you was boarding, supervised play sessions with the other dogs boarding there in 2 hour rotations; two-hours in, two-hours out. This worked really well, as our dogs were clearly tired but not exhausted at the end of the day, and seemed to have enjoyed their time there. The staff was always really nice to our dogs, which means a lot. We had to bring their own food which makes the place effectively more expensive, but were happy to deal with it if our dogs seemed happy, and they gave the dogs treats and other goodies. With the recent price changes, boarding fees are $25/dog.day, and no play sessions. If you want your dog to have the chance to play with the other dogs boarding there, you have to "buy-up", anywhere from $15-$25 per dog per day, for one, two, or three 2-hour play sessions. This is being marketed as "personalized service" and as "giving you options!", when really it's just carving up the core value that a place like this provides and charging a huge markup on supervised yard time. Additionally, the new pricing is not being communicated well, and it seems like the owners don't think their customers are smart enough to figure out that this is nothing more than an old-school price hike, instead dressing it up as a "feature of personalization". What $60 used to buy now costs $102, which sucks because we (us and our dogs) liked this place. Oh well, Camp Bow Wow is $65/night for two dogs; time to check them out. read more

I brought my mixed breed boxer when I first moved here. He got hurt in day camp by other dogs. Twice. In watching the cameras, it is easy to understand why: just not enough trained personnel to supervise. The front staff is nice enough, but the groups are too large and the folks who watch the dogs in day camp are just not trained enough. I wanted to like this place so much because the location is convenient. As the saying goes, "bite me once, shame on you - bite me twice, shame on me." Worst experience ever! Let me start off by saying that Danielle (not the manager) is so rude! No no no , let me start off by saying that this staff needs severe training on how to handle scared dogs!!!!! My dog jumps when she is scared. And after shortly explaining that my dog had gotten attacked recently, and this was the first time we were re-introducing her to dogs, she of course starts jumping on a employee out of anxiety, and the employee picks up her leg like she is about to kick my dog!!!!!!! (I know this because I was standing in the front with the manager, watching the whole thing on camera) And so because of they incident my dog has been kicked out of this facility because the employee felt threatened! Maybe she should get more training and not open the gate so one of my dogs had the opportunity to run away while the other stayed jumping because she was so scared!!!! Now back to Danielle, She had the gall to tell me to my face, " Were you planning on bringing her (my daughter) back? When we replied, not anymore. She said, well good because shes not allowed here anymore!" And she kept belittling her manager (Manager Danielle) saying she didnt handle my dogs situation right and that she went about everything the wrong way. If i talked about my manager that way, i would get fired in a heart beat!!!! Oh and when we brought up the fact that they let my labradoodle run out the cage, she said, well we usually only deal with dogs thay stay when we open the cage. WELL IM SORRY I JUSY ADOPTED THIS DOG A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HAVENT HAD TIME TO PROPERLY TRAIN HER WITHIN 3 WEEKS!!!!!!!!! And finally today Danielle the manager called my WORK wanting to apologize. Stating she didnt call because the only number she had on file was an old number. WHY DID I JUST FILL OUT BRAND NEW PAPERWORK FOR MY LABRADOODLE THEN?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!.!? And the 2 new numbers on the forms were the 2 people that were with me all weekend. I thought i finally found a place I can trust to leave my pit bull, but no, this is far from it. We love Pawderosa! The staff is so kind and patient. It only took them two visits to know Lilo by name. I moved to them after I was informed Lucy's had a pitbull ban (was my only complaint with them). My pup always left happy and exhausted - exactly what we needed, as we lived in a one bedroom apartment. I only have one recommendation - more clear, consistent pricing - they recently had some changes and the website doesn't reflect those or explain the new programs. I never boarded my dog with them while I was in SA as i always had family do that for me. Two thumbs way up, these gals will take great care of your fur babies. Our first time to Pawderosa ended with an unacceptable and potentially devastating result. Our dog spent a day and a half there during which time he WAS NOT FED!!!! This type of mistake is unacceptable!!!! I have a hard time believing this is the first time this has ever happened and, clearly, it could happen again. I will never return to Pawderosa and will plead with anyone I know who has a dog to stay as far away as possible. This facility has untrained staff handling the dogs. There are times when dog play areas go unsupervised. They use water spray bottles to discipline the dogs. The problem with this is they also use the same bottles for cleaning chemicals. Which can get mixed up and used on the dogs. Could be a great place if the owners paid attention to who's running the facility. read more

I have left my Pitbull there many times, they do not discriminate against any breeds. If your dog can pass the temperment test you are golden. I had such a wonderful experience with Pawderosa! My dogs just completed a 4 night stay, and they've come home tired but happy. The yards at the ranch are spacious and welcoming, and the staff was very patient with my two dogs, who take a little time to warm up to new people and experiences. I loved watching the webcams and seeing the daily facebook pictures while I was away; it made me much less anxious about boarding my dogs for the first time. We'll be back for sure! read more

My dog is very sick for the second time after staying here. He has a terrible rash all over his belly. Last time I figured it was just a coincidence. Paid over $150 vet bill to treat a skin bacterial infection. This time I let the dog Ranch know in less than 24 hours that he had a terrible rash on his belly again. He did not have the rash before I left in there. The Ranch personnel contacted me and checked up on my dog. I really appreciate the respect they showed to us. My dog finally got well after a few weeks of treatment. I recommend this place highly as they show a lot of integrity and responsibility. read more

Not too fond of this place for several reasons. We tried it a couple of times thinking it would get better, but recently I boarded my dog during a holiday and was contacted a few days in saying my dog had been superficially injured by another dog. And while this is to be expected in group play, what upset me about the situation is that a manager informed me the other dog was very agitated and barking at the attendants for some time prior to the incident. The employees need to be better trained to recognize such signs to avoid injuries in the future. This other dog should have been kenneled, or run around on leash or calmed down in some manner before it escalated. They said an employee was telling the dog to be quiet - but really?! - does that EVER work? Then I found out that when a dog misbehaves they spray it with water. This probably escalated the situation. Plus, the cameras are very poor quality so it's difficult to watch your dog. I also boarded my 5 month old puppy there. When I picked him up the urine odor was overwhelming. They have a "report card" they put on the kennels saying the dog ate well, did/didn't potty in the kennel.... The attendant must have just circled things because there is NO way a 5mon old puppy could have held it for 10-12 hrs of boarding (that's how long they are kenneled from when it gets dark to when they come the next morning). Furthermore, when I've dropped by unexpectedly the place always reeked of urine. The outdoor areas are dirt - so they can't hose them down or it would be muddy. Basically I don't think they can clean the outside areas (beyond picking up the waste). All in all, my rating is based on: uninformed/unaware staff, unreliable cameras, dogs kenneled too long, and dirty premises. Other doggie-daycares take better care of the dogs and their customers. I'd recommend checking out some other places. I know we have for sure had better experiences elsewhere. read more

Our little sugarlump loves Pawderosa! We take her about 3-5 days /week for daycare where she plays all day, except when it is hot when she will get a midday nap for 1-2 hours. I will say that it is well shaded and there are wading pool so even when it is hot she stays cool. She loves to go to daycare and is calm and relaxed when she comes home. The workers there are really nice to the dogs and post pictures on facebook! We have also had her board overnight on several occassions and again the service was outstanding. You can even leave your car there and they will drive you to the airport! Awesome! They give you discounts for paying for a month in advance and if you pay by check , which is nice. Also give military discounts. I do wish that they offered full grooming services, but otherwise, outstanding! read more

Dropped my mini Golden Doodle off for grooming. Stated I did not want the dog shaved but rather left with short hair and a teddy bear face. I even provided a picture of the cut I was looking for. When I picked up the dog, she was shaved down to include her face. I called to ask for an explanation as to why. The "manager" ( a kid) stated it was due to mating. They should have called to explain prior to shaving the dog. I would absolutely not recommend their abilities to groom a golden doodle. read more

After a painstaking search to find a daycare that would accept my American bulldog pit mix, I found pawdersoa and I couldn't be happier. This place is awesome and the staff is so friendly and are willing to accept any dog, even if they need a little work. You can tell the employees love what they do and even though my boy snapped a bit at the large male employee (Ricky I think) during his evaluation because he is a little apprehensive around big men, he was given a chance and is thriving. So I just picked up my dogs from a boarding stay from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon. My bill was $275 and this was with a 15% discount! You decide if you can afford this. I used to love it here but with the price pokes to my eyes I can no longer see any reason to stay. When I asked the front desk girl for a breakdown of the charges, she told me it was only by package and there was no nightly lodging fee. And she never told me exactly the price of each package. I scoured the web site to find pricing in writing but of course, nothing was published. So basically, what my non itemized receipt tells me is that the cowpoke package is $45 per night per dog. And I was charged for the whole "package" even though my dogs did not stay the night on Monday - they were picked up at 3pm. The girl stated the only way to avoid the day's package charge was to pick them up at the time the day care opens. read more

Pawderosa Ranch feels like one big family. The owners and staff know the names of all the dogs at the ranch, even the newest members! The staff does a great job interacting with the dogs and have built strong bonds with each one. Pawderosa Ranch is the only place I will take my Lily Bug because I know she will get the attention and care I want for her! read more

My angel (Sadie, a Boston Terrier) loves it here and I love that she gets to be outside, off-leash playing with other dogs all day. I have used both day-care and boarding and have been pleased with both. The only bad thing I can say is that their web-cams are outdated, making them almost useless as we found out on our vacation because they shot from so far away and are a bit grainy... BUT, once I found out they had a Facebook page where they were posting pictures of my baby having the time of her life during her stay- I was hooked. I love that I got to see her in their great pictures. Also, they listened to all of her preferences. Sadie's a bigger Boston and likes playing with bigger dogs- which they accommodated. I wanted to bring an elevated bed for her to sleep in overnight- which they allowed. Once you get over the fear of going to a new place just once- you'll be hooked too. read more

We have taken my neurotic mess of an Italian Greyhound there for 5 years now. They do a great job of helping the pets adjust and enjoy their stay. They don't just throw the dogs in the yard and walk away, they stay with the dogs, checking on them to see how temperaments are adjusting, and helping encourage play by throwing a ball or playing tug of war. I have never had a bad experience with them, and I have used their boarding for weeks at a time! read more

My fur kids love this place!! They always come back happy, and they are the only boarding facility that receives pitbulls. We are not from San antonio but we are even considering board them here during the holidays doesnt matter the three hour drive!! read more

I am so disappointed regarding the service at Pawderosa. Recently, my dogs boarded for one night. The following day we picked them up. Normally they're tired when they first come home so it's normal for them to sleep. We had an event to go to, so we left the dogs home. Later that evening when we arrived home, we noticed blood where one of our dogs had been laying. We attempted to locate his report card from Pawderosa to see if he'd had any issues with his stool, but his report card wasn't in his bag. Pawderosa was closed so I left a voicemail and asked for someone to return my call. My call was returned the following morning and the attendant apologized for not putting my dog's report card in his bag. She told me that his report card showed that a bloody stool was uncovered in his boarding room. I couldn't believe that I was never called when this was detected. I also asked for his report card to be sent to me, but I never received it. I will no longer use this establishment. read more

My three (ages 2, 6, and 11) love Pawderosa and so do I! They nearly knock me down rushing the door when I ask if they "want to go to daycare?". I never worry about them as they have always been well cared for while there. The staff and owners are fantastic and the best part is that they sleep for a couple days straight after a visit. read more
