Figured due to the Dream Cruise going on they were closed. Well, to my Surprise when I left the house to go get bandages and a bite to eat, the sign said open. I swung in without my dog. A attentive and busy groomer said they would be happy to help me but they were just too busy to answer calls. I left got my dog and was back in 7-8 minutes. Got the nails clipped and happy dog and happy me. Now go to a drug store for bandages.

Abby's nails were awful at this point and needed immediate attention! (My fault) I was able to do a walk-in appointment, on a Saturday, and Abby's nails were tended to in minutes! My Abby is 13 years old with bad hips and and has always been a bit dramatic when getting a nail trim. I was amazed! Nicole got on the floor with Abby and she made Abby so comfortable. Abby didn't squirm, yelp or cry like she always has during nail trims. I'm so happy I went here! The crazy part is American School of Dog Grooming is less than a mile from my home and I've never gone there before! I'll never go anywhere else! They were great!!!

I went to see what incentives we have earned with out visits and every option that was available that we could use they no longer carried or didnt have. He cannot have nails trimmed by anyone as he has neuropathy and is testy having his feet touched. Why offer visit incentives if you dont have the products offered. Also, the staff should be educated on every facet of the store including the incentive programs.

When I made my first appointment I was worried my pits would be frowned upon and denied but let me tell you they have always treated them no different than a chihuahua!! The only thing I would critique is I have girls and the fragrance they use is a manly strong scent. And I asked for a change with no problem. And once they forgot to brush my baby girl Mahogany's teeth. They immediately corrected. Those things are so minimal I would still travel far and wide to see to it that my girls are well taken care of!!

I had a great experience at Pets and Bubbles café. I experienced great communication with the…read moreowner, who called me back within 10 minutes of a missed call. These days it's really hard to find a business that will actually call you back. When I walked in, the business was super clean and organized, even though the owner and her groomer were balancing multiple pets at once. I was in and out less than 10 minutes for a walk-in nail trim, which I believe she does from noon to 3 PM on Thursdays. The owner was super kind to my dog and I, which I appreciated since not everyone is comfortable with Pitbulls. Towards the end of her nail trim, my dog started to get super nervous, so the owner went over and comforted her while the groomer finished the last paw. I love supporting this small business and will absolutely be back. I highly recommend that everyone goes here over any other chain like Petsmart or Petco.

The last time we took our pup the price was still $75 and $10 extra because he had one tiny knot behind his ear. So it was $85 total! And then they told us that they weren't taking cards that day so I would have to pay cash! On top of all that she didn't cut his nails and they put this over powering perfume on them too...idk...I guess they think it smells good. My mother is allergic to everything including that perfume so I had asked her nicely to not put it on him. He itches for three days when he has it on and I don't care for it as well. She put the perfume on him again. One more thing, the doors are always locked and sometimes it take 2-3 calls just to get to talk to someone. They have always been very nice though I will say that!

This was the first time that we took our three Yorkies here to be groomed. My wife works right up…read morethe road so we figured if all things went well after their first visit we'd continue to go there. It would be super convenient for her to take them during the week on her way to work and then have them hang with her in the office the rest of the day when they were done. It is a better alternative to occupying an entire Saturday waiting around for a call back to let us know they were done. On top of convenience, another reason we decided to give this place a shot was because our last groomer progressively did a worse and worse job plus they would take forever and a day to groom them. I understand three dogs can be a lot, but when they collectively weigh around 20 pounds total it should not take three hours per dog to groom. Debbie had our dogs looking exactly how we wanted them in about three hours. Plus she is a few bucks cheaper too so which was an added plus. Debbie was super nice as well and seemed to be very dedicated to her craft. I say this because we got pounded with a ton of snow the night prior to their appointments and the roads were horrible to drive on. It was so bad she had mentioned to us that all of her other employees called off, yet she still made the effort to make it in. She even gave each of our dogs a little bag of goodies for Christmas that consisted of treats and toys along with some swag (I can't believe I just said that) new bandanas and bows. I think we have found our new groomer for the foreseeable future.

I took my two dogs there to be…read moregroomed and they ended up wother ulcers in their eyes cause the shampoo she used went it their eye. she said it would go away in a couple of hours but it didn't. then the owner called my phone mad cause I complained and when I hung up and left a review she stated texting me . I ended up taking my dogs to the vet and the vet said the shampoo that got in their eyes took the skin off the retina in both eyes of my girl dog and one eye of my boy dog. 350 bucks later I have to have the cones on their head for 2 weeks I give them a break here and there cause they haven't ever had to experience this but yeah . don't go here I think she think she can do anything to a pet and speak to people any kind of way but not for me. my dogs are my kids
