She was asked to cut the hair under tail and it seems the stomach was cut???? The dogs should not be in the same appointment as a cat. My daughter asked her to stop hurting the cat and the owner asked my daughter to get out of the store and take her cat. So rude and unprofessional. my cat is still traumatized.

He's a 140 lb mastiff and usually needs sedation at the vet because of his size, strength, and anxiety -- most people are honestly scared of him. I was so surprised (in the best way) when Diana and her crew immediately offered to do his nail trim. I even asked, "Are you sure?" and they said, "Absolutely." His nails were starting to curve, which was completely my fault, but they handled him with such ease and confidence. They weren't scared of him at all, even when he was freaking out. They also offered a full cleaning with all the works, and I'm beyond pleased with the outcome. Everyone was so sweet, personable, and professional, and they made the entire experience stress-free. We also have Sully going a couple days a week to their doggy daycare program. He loves his days there and comes home totally exhausted from all the fun things he and other dogs who are there do while they are there. The end of January my husbands mother passed away and we had to go to Boston for about 10 days. We boarded Sully with Dawg House and opted for their open boarding and he had a good time with the other dogs that were boarding there when he was there. Jess and Stan and their staff are great with the dogs. We are so glad we found Dawg House when we moved to this area and Sully is very happy about it too.
