Britney & her co worker are the RUDEST NASTIEST women I've dealt with. I originally contacted them to make a deal via FB June 17th, 18th, 19th & so on for a week. I have pics showing this. Don't know WHICH of the 2 rude disgusting women it was that would respond to me but since Britney seems to want to protect this other co worker as I asked for her name, she BLEW her top over it, I am figuring it is the other girl who i was dealing with. I can back ALL I am saying up. Just to show u PROOF of ONE I will attach this log from my personal phone showing date & time I called them to make this deal for a controller. We had the deal set. I was waiting on the owner to confirm it so I can go get it. Look at date in picture showing this. I waited a week and no response so i figured this place was either irresponsible, has bad business practices or this lady just didnt do her job. While waiting a WEEK, i saw today they had the SAME controller I had the deal made for listed but for more money. I contacted them threw ebay since the phone & FB got me know where & i have proof of that with me CLEARLY IN WRITING STATING IF they accept the OFFER i made them through ebay, I will go in PERSON the same day to pick it up. That was the deal in writing. It was accepted by the owner so I was getting ready to go pick it up & called them to confirm i can still pick it up because I saw someone put it was already shipped when that was NOT part of the deal I sent. So i sent an email asking if they did send it or are gonna send it via email or can i go pick it up still just to be on the SAFE side. NEVER responded again. Y does that not surprise me after a week of dealing with such irresponsible people who post stuff for sale but cant seem to be bothered to respond in a timely manner or if at all, let alone respond. The lady got mad with me cause she was NOT LISTENING to what i was telling her about what I did but instead kept on YELLING at me stating I sent an email to have it shipped which was a miscommunication on her part & I was trying to explain it to her but for whatever reason, she was VERY HARDHEADED & didn't want to listen. Then I questioned her bad attitude towards me. Then Britney takes the phone with an ATTITUDE breathing HARD acting BOTHERED like i asked her to get on phone to begin with. She was also being hard headed. I was trying to explain i am trying to save them $80. bucks in shipping for the heavy boxes plus i was able to pick it up AND thats what my requirement was when i made the offer. She yelled at me telling me only the OWNER can see that so i told her if that is the case then Y R u getting belligerant with ME over this situation. Then she said it was illegal for me to call her about this when i won it on ebay but i told her this was a deal i had going back over a WEEK B4 I saw them post the item we agreed to via a deal we verbally agreed to so i bought it on ebay to make sure they don't shaft me on it. I asked for the name of the co worker and britney got NASTIER because i said i wanted her name and owners name to file complaint about their attitudes, then she threatened me again while being very disrespectful of my my mental disabilities and told me she my disabilities are MY problem nothing to do with her didn't matter to her not her problem if i don't understand treating me like because i am disabled i am dumb, stupid and no good and worthless to bother with. She gave me threats if i were to file any reports then went and cancelled my order on ebay so i don't leave her negative feedback for her attitudes. I can prove all this via fb & ebay messages but i will put just this ONE so u see the date i called originally which was a week B4 this was on ebay when we already made a VERBAL agreement but their GREED kept them from keeping that agreement trying to get MORE money instead of HONORING out deal and showing integrity. Not even worth the one star given. What a horrible place to do business with. The rude sly women at this location are hostile and seems like hustlers from their displayed appearance to me. I had an eerie feeling when entered their store for the first time. According to the older woman at the counter, their pawnshop policy lends "one third of the item value". However, all my items were brand new (MEANING NEVER USED) and are still in their boxes. The same older woman said to me that their pawnshop "treats all new items as used." I mocked the foolish woman frivolous comment under my breathe. So in other words, this pawnshop would research the cheapest price wherever they can find the same item online or on tag sale and "THEN" select the lowest sale price from the list to calculate a one third quote price offer. The idea is total ludicrous ! The game plan is to lend as little as possible no matter what the item actually costs. I had a Jackery 500 watts power station with dual rechargable power station plus with solar pannels hook up connection. A had a Davanci DVD player with plasma screen. Both items can be use in home or take on long travel road trips. I had a 20" Neotex Gas chainsaw. And lastly, I had a T-Mobil newest model Revvel cellphone. All (4) items are brand new - (NEVER USED) and still in their boxes. The skinny younger pimple face woman tally up the (4) researched priced items and offered me $120 loan. I declined the insulted small change loan offered and walked out from that contentious place of operation. Never bow down to predators. I decided to take the exact same (4) items to Cash America pawnshop in Winter Haven Florida and got a $335 loan. What a huge difference ! The only "proof" they wanted to see since the items are new, was evidence for the purchased items and how it was paid for. Luckily, I had all the purchased proof on my cellphone from both Amazon and Ebay which I bought many months ago as back up spares. I also exhibited my credit card from my wallet to show, (which the pawnshop did not asked me for). I did it for security reason given all that are happening on out there in the world. All I had to do - was to login into each of my account to show the proofs and how all was paid for. Without a doubt from Cash America pawnshop, the manager was very satisified and respectful to me and willing to do the loan without any other question.
