He came home with nothing on him trimmed except his back end, which looked choppy and rough. His face, sides and paws weren't touched at all. He was there for 1 1/2 hours. I also explicitly asked for one dog's tail not to be touched and they cut it anyway. While inside waiting for our dogs, a woman in the back was heard screaming, "Shut the f^*+ up" presumably to dogs who were barking. I now worry that my dogs have not been treated well and that is why they have recently started shaking and not wanting to enter when we arrive. We would not return to this business regardless, but we also requested a refund as the services. they were paid for were not completed or not done well. The business refused.
