I went into this establishment one July 2025 morning with the intention of using the Self Service Dog Washing services, I had all of my own materials so didn't need to use theirs only the bath and shower/tables/tethers. As I paid my fee I noticed a group of ladies come in with no pets I thought to myself they are here to start chaos with me but I immediately gave them the benefit of the doubt. Suddenly, before I could get my dogs hair brushed out the cashier runs back in to tell me we can't have you cutting your dogs hair in here!!! She asked me what I was going to do before she took my money and I told her wash, moisturize, trim and blow dry!!!! I paid my money she began to show me all of their utensils ie....scissors, shears,shampoos, blow dryers, and towels!! That's when I looked up and those women had gotten in their car and took off-TRUE!!! I asked for my money back and couldn't believe she said NO!!! I can't to that! I was like You better give me my money back right now!!! Or something is about to happen!!! I didn't get a chance to do anything with my dog!! I Get followed all day everyday mostly by Caucasian people in this town trying to intimidate me not to use their businesses well all you had to do was post a sign on your front door!!! She eventually got her sorry manager out from back who was listening to everything instead of bringing her ass up front to deal with what was going on and I told her I want my damn money back right NOW!!! I don't want to hear Sh** you got to say!!!!! I came in peace and you ruined my day!!!! I did go a few miles away and got my baby boo the cutest little Morkie haircut she has ever had in her 1.6 years Don't ever go to this place with them changing rules based on what you look like :/ read more

Love these ladies and gents. It's been a while and they gladly took Bella with out hesitation. She looked wonderful as I neglected here grooming this winter. Trimming her on my own. Didn't end well as she got somewhat matted. What's good is that they give you a specific time to drop her off. No waiting in a cage till it's her turn. None better!!!!!!! read more

my dog went missing for 5 MONTHS, and when we found him, the person who cared for him during that time fed him, but did not groom him. we brought him home matted and dirty. I called this salon and they were able to schedule for the next day. Gretchen took great care and was very understanding of the situation, and my dog came back home freshly shaved from the matting and clean. read more

Manager's method of communication was questionable ... I was interested in bathing my cat after her grooming session. (I have bathed her on recent visits). I was informed that Customers are not allowed to bathe their cats in their adjoining wash room (something new that has just been enacted.) I inquired as to why the change. The so-called young woman, who calls herself 'manager' of the store (and who really should know the reason behind the decision) could not give me a definitive reason why. Her explanation was not clear at all and knowledge of the subject matter limited. As a customer (now a previous one) i was curious and wanted to understand better. After attempting, a second time , to get better clarification, she couldn't provide me with more details... and became impatient when I asked a colleague that same question. This young manager needs to be more aware AND knowledgeable of all changes that occur within her establishment. I did receive a better answer from the colleague standing next to her. I am seeking out another grooming facility where the employees (including the manager) can communicate with better clarity the services that are currently (or not) being provided. It was a very confusing experience! Their level of knowledge and communication styles need to improve. read more

This was my 1st dog ever having to get groomed because of a dual coat. I cannot tell you enough how happy I am with this place. I saw 1 bad review and many good ones but decided to try. My dog is a Shepherd mix so he got pretty big and is only a year old. Hes not been on a leash and when I've tried, he has been spastic. The lady that booked my appointnent told me of a gentle lead collar and why they work and I ordered one and got it on a Sunday and by Tuesday he did amazing. Lots of dog treats of course. I knew then I was comfortable taking him in for his appt on Wednesday. When I arrived, the gentleman that was gonna be grooming him came out and sat on the floor with him. My baby went right up to him and gave him kisses. I was good at that point!!!! When I returned, my baby was so handsome with a tie they put on him. I will definitely be back! The ladies are always so pleasant and friendly. Immediately put my hyper dog to ease and clipped his nails within minutes. The price is right too @ $10.00. Appointment no necessary but I always call ahead to make sure they can fit us in - and they always do. Great place and great people. read more

I have been extremely happy with this grooming facility- Adrian is really good with hard to manage pets. I have two small dogs, one of which is super high anxiety and very face shy (even the vet cannot examine his teeth unless he is sedated). Amazingly they do a great job with both! They have very friendly staff and I can tell they are kind to the pets. I had some bad experiences with groomers in the past that contributed to the anxiety of my one dog before so it is so important to me that they have patience. Pricing is middle of the road, but the quality is top tier! read more

I took my dog here for the first time yesterday for a bath/ ear clean/ nail trim and I could not be more upset with my experience. They cut her quick and did not tell me about it. Her paw bleed for hours. I had to go to the pet store and spend more money to buy quick stop. They did not clean her ears and charged me more than the amount listed on website. Then the owner called me and had the nerve to say "German Shepards can be rambunctious during nails trims and I need to request him." My dog is a very good girl and has NEVER had an issue being bad for bath or nail cut. They really hurt her and tried to hide it from me- do not trust them. I understand mistakes happen but this is unacceptable. They should have tried to make the situation right by giving my money back and telling me what happened. Instead they asked me to give them another chance after I called them to see what happened. read more

Today I dropped my cat off to get groomed and shaved... they never called to let me know that she was ready to be picked up, so at 5:00 p.m (the time that they close) I went to pick her up and I was so disappointed!! She had not been shaved nor cleaned!! Her ears were untouched!! The only thing that they had done for my fur baby was to spray her with something that smelled good and had given her a sanitary cut!! Showed up a day late for our appointment (literally) and they still took my very curly, fluffy, nervous Cocker for a full groom. She gave them a VERY hard time --long story short: they had to bathe her three times-- but they were still so nice to me and my Lottie and so gentle with her and she left looking and smelling beautiful. I adopted Lottie from a rescue two months ago, and she has bad separation anxiety, so I was very worried about leaving her. They let me bring her special blanket in with her so she wouldn't be so sad. I'm very picky about who I trust my puppers with, but after talking to the owner, I was pawsitive I picked the right place. I was really surprised at how totally quiet the shop was when I walked in. Even with 4 or 5 dogs (and two cats) in the shop, it was such a calm atmosphere and no one was barking at all! I've groomed my other (English) Cocker myself for years, but my Lottie's coat is just too curly, there was no way I could have done it myself! I told one of the groomers that I couldn't even figure out how to brush her properly, so she took the time to show me how to use the brush I had at home-- even though it was well past closing time by then! Dropped my cat off and returned two and half hours later to see his carrier still sitting on the counter. He was kenneled for over three hours and had a rushed grooming when they realized I was waiting for him. When asked what took so long, I was given several excuses. Truth is they just forgot about him. I've gotten a courtesy call in the past if they were backed up. Due to the rushed grooming he seems traumatized and keep licking at the areas he was shaved. Never had a bad experience there until today. Won't be back! read more

The people we talked to were really nice. They did well with making our dogs look nice, but they brushed the crap out of them. Both of my dogs who got groomed one week apart ended up having scabs down their back. One of my dogs was ridiculously itchy the next day, had massive scabs, and a rash on her stomach. She's on medication for it. I won't be taking my dogs back there. They've been groomed before and I've never had them come home like this. read more

I have been taking my Mini Labradoodle here for three years now. Snickers loves coming and loves Ashley, his groomer. We go every 6 weeks which is a lot of grooming in three years. I have NEVER been disappointed or worried about how Snickers is going to look when I pick him up. The shop is small, but so filled with love and talent it isn't funny. P.S. I brought my dog here in February and they gave my dog some razor burn. I thought maybe I'd give them a second chance to see if it was just a fluke, but when I picked him up the other day he had razor burn everywhere and is so uncomfortable. First visit and definitely will be returning! I brought my Afghan hound here and while they did not have previous experience with this breed they did an Outstanding job! She looked fantastic! I also like that it had a great vibe- when I picked up my dog she didn't seem too emotional exhausted or stressed even though she had a major grooming done! I called the next morning, on the phone I was told the groomer had used a 2n1 comb, when I got there they told me they used clippers on her, then that it looked like irritation from eye boogers. I was never shown what product was used or anything. I was never offered any solution further than it wasn't a cut and to wait it out. This is my dogs 2nd bad experience with a groomer in general. She is now petrified. On top of it all I found another cut on her eyelid. My poor baby's in pain and now the cuts are inflamed so she has to go to the vet. Incredibly unsatisfied by both the attitudes and the haircut itself. Perfect my a$$. First off, 20+ years of grooming experience doesn't give you a right to judge. There are first time dog owners that are learning. Might need to teach some basic customers service. Second, if you're going to judge you should check your own work first. While I realize it might not have been easy to groom my dog, as the days go on I'm noticing his ears were clipped a tad to close and so were his barely existent man parts. Tried to get me to come back in in 6 weeks.... I'll keep looking for a groomer that doesn't mom-shame or get too close with the scissors. read more

This place is WAY too expensive! I brought in a small dog puppy. For small dogs, the grooming rate is $42 for the basics. They try to up-charge an extra $21 for some things that other groomers would already include. This was my puppy's first time at grooming, so of course he was a little squirmy. I stood there and watched. He did not nip, growl, or bite. He was very quiet, and for the most part very well behaved for a first visit. He just squirmed at times because he wasn't used to the electric clippers. I was charged an extra $10 as a handling fee. These people are in the wrong business if they expect a dog to lay practically dead the whole time they are groomed. I'm actually being very generous for giving 2 stars. The haircut was ok, (I've had better with my previous dog), but the price was almost double for a puppy less than half the size of my previous dog. I will never return to this place. I took my previous dog to another groomer and was treated much better. read more

The owners were so friendly and helpful! I called early in the morning and they were able to get my pup in to trim her nails. While doing so, they also filed them and trimmed the fur on her paws... All for only $7! My pup has anxiety with new places and people near her feet, but they did great making her feel calm and safe. Already scheduled to take her back for a full groom and bath next week! I'm happy I've finally found a place around here to treat my pup like their own. :) read more

The first couple of times taking my shihtzu here I was very impressed. She came out looking fresh and I loved the cut. The last couple I have not been impressed at all. Today I was informed that I would be contacted when my pup was close to being ready to be picked up. At 6 o'clock I became concerned that I hadn't heard. I found that their hours were actually until 5 and I was never contacted?! I called and was informed that my dog was in fact ready. I payed before I saw her. It was 47 plus a tip. When the shihtzu was finally brought out to me it genuinely looked like Edward Scissor hands did it himself. Her hair is SO choppy. There are random long spots and short spots, and I will be finding somewhere else to go. Her new hair is not worth 51 dollars when I could do it, or have my good friend Ed Scissorhands do it for free.. yes it was that bad.. read more

My dog acted very weird and cry "talked" to me for a long time after returning home, has eaten very little, sometimes not at all, for the last several days, and is now covered in scabs deep under her coat, from scruff to rump. I don't know what they did to my dog but I will certainly NEVER take her back to these people AGAIN!!!
