My girlfriend was heartbroken, and we didn't even let them touch our dogs after this appalling experience. If this is how the owner behaves, I can only imagine how poorly trained and unprofessional the rest of the staff must be. The business apologized when I texted them about the issue and suggested packing the wound with flour. After looking at the size of the wound, it seems unlikely that they did not notice this injury. I called for a private training and we were so blessed to find John. John was so patient with Max (a mini dachshund who thinks he's a big dog.) His fear free methods of training put us at ease right away. Max went from being scared of John in our first training to wanting to please him very quickly. John spent time going over our concerns and provided us with the tools necessary to keep Max just a little calmer (which, if you know Max....is no easy feat.) John's post training emails included reviews of our training, handouts on what we talked about, and homework to work on. I recommend Let's Train to everyone. It's a joy to be able to loose leash walk my dog and be able to control situations quickly. Let's Train is the best!
