Jake has been walking our two dogs for about a year now, he is GREAT! He is more mature, organized and professional than any 14 year old I know. I can really see the passion and love he has for dogs. My dogs LOVE when he comes over and takes them for a walk. He rides his bike over to our house, has a key to our house and I completely trust him when we are not home to come in. When we go out of town, I hire him to come twice a day on the weekends to feed my dogs. He also has bathed them both. He walks our neighbors dogs too. This is a great kid, totally trustworthy. He treats his "job" as a real business, I see him as a future successful entrepreneur. If you are a little hesitant about his age, it may help to know his mom (very sweet lady) is very active in his business, she even comes on the walks with Jake sometimes. They are a great family. Give him a try, he has reasonable prices and most of all he'll take good care of your dogs! And your dogs will love him!

Since this was a new groomer, I was a little worried about my fur baby, but as soon as we walked in and were greeted, my guy went right in without any issues. I explained that he did not like the hair dryer and was told that would not a problem, but it may take about 3 hours sicne they can not use the dryer. About 3 hours later, I got the call that he was ready. My baby was cleaned and he was super happy. He even got a nice treat. I will definitely be going back to Pet Stop Grooming.

(Also dogs can eat 3 X a day if needed.)They are walked 2 X a day, and you can purchase extra walks if your dog needs it. They also have play time. They serve pumpkin frozen treats if your dog wants it. Sheryl, one of the staff members goes out of her way to care for your babies. I give the Animal Friends Pet Hotel 5 stars, and if there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more. Great Place!

I guess she needs to post your receipts on here for proof. Please post these horrible text messages & I will post the ones from you as well. Deal? If you called the police, why didn't they come to my home? Becuz I broke no law dear. Please people, beware of this unstable individual. If you are nice to her, she is nice to you. But if you get on her bad side by calling her out on her behavior, she will harass you to now avail. Please just read all the negative reviews on here to confirm her unstable behavior. Also, Brenda said she would be happy to post the receipt from the day she brought Rocky in, and the report from the vet days later specifying how it was done by a groomer. Proof is in the pudding dear, and a vet saying that it is a razor burn from a groomer & how they see it all the time, does not excuse the fact that you have injured several dogs per all the other negative reviews on here posting that you did. Instead of denying the fact that you have done these atrocities to clients, you should ask for forgiveness. We, as consumers, are allotted to have the luxury of YELP to allow us to have a voice against businesses as yours that have abused, or injured or harassed innocent people as ourselves. Businesses like yours can no longer get away with doing these sorts of things without it coming back and biting you in the ass. And you just can't stand that, can you? As a business owner, please reflect on these bad reviews and perhaps make some changes to better your business instead of harassing the client. How about offer up an apology and make amends for the wrongdoings you have done? We all make mistakes. Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them. The best way to learn from your mistakes is to admit them rather than to blame them on someone else. Be humble to see your mistakes, courageous to admit them, and wise enough to correct them. Boy, am I glad to see some honest reviews about how HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Sharon is!!! I took my lovely havanese to get groomed by her few weeks ago. I am seriously not joking, but my dog, unlike how joyful and playful she always was, has been moping and being timid ever since she got back from paws above the rest grooming shop. I really wonder what kind of awful treatment she got from Sharon. I pity Sharon so i was going to let this go... HOWEVER i don't write reviews on yelp much but I read few bad reviews about her just now and I could not help sharing my honest opinion about his business and my experience. Few of them said that she will spam you with threatening messages if you leave bad reviews about her. i would like to tell her, bring it on. If she still has my number to spam me, that really proves that she only keeps those contracts just to get back at customers with ill purpose. One of the uploaded pictures for this business is a collage of screen shots that Sharon texted one of her previous customers. i thank that person for uploading that picture because that gave me some sense how crazy Sharon can be. the picture was a little blurry but you can read what she wrote and you can tell it is the same number that's on yelp website this person got msg from. my experience with Sharon went like this. My dog's hair was cut uneven throughout and I was not satisfied with how she looked. I gently pointed out some spot on her body that was cut obviously uneven. Sharon immediately freaked out and did not even try to fix the problem. All she kept saying was that she did her best and there is nothing she can do because the hair is even. Although i do not know how to cut dog's hair, I can surely tell what is even and clean look and what is not. Sharon was extremely emotional and seemed like she is incapable of taking simple criticism of her skill. (if she had any i mean) To add, she almost cried. I wonder if she is even equipped enough to run this grooming shop practically, emotionally, and mentally. i really hope future customers who is looking for grooming shop for their beloved family canine really consider the real review about this business and prevent themselves from making into Sharon's spam list. read more

My dogs look hideous. Very unprofessional and crappy. She started crying when i simply mentioned maltese's hair is uneven. What a pleasant experience she gave me! (Obviously sarcasm) moreover, she charges 1.50 for using card to pay. trust me and save your dogs' and your time by going here. first of all, You will have to print out and bring the customer liability paper because this place doesnt provide you for some odd reason. She acted as if it was my responsibility to bring one upon my arrival. Took her 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete my small two dogs, yorky and maltese. I wanted my dogs to be in specific ways, especially the yorky. I even sent her pictures of my dogs exactly the way how i wanted them to look like. Yorky had her hair since she was a 5oz puppy. I told her not to cut her hair but trim just a little bit at the end. Sharon ignored it and cut her hair to noticeable length. Cut is also uneven and she used cheap yellow hair tie to tie yorky's hair (which i do not ever use on her because that kind of material makes her hair extremely tangly) I wanted summer cut for my maltese and her cut on her body was uneven. Sharon tried to show me that it is the best possible way she could do and ran buzzer through my dog to show me that her hair cannot be shorter, to my surprise, longer part of maltese's hair fell off the buzzer which clearly indicated her hair was uneven. Sharon attempted to fix her mistake but i felt that she is incapable of fixing her face; the most unsatisfying cut i ever experienced. In addition, her face is still dirty with her tear mark. I will most definitely not going to go back. Not even to fix her mistakes. I feel really bad and sorry for them. I really dont know why other yelpers say she's somewhere near being good but i completely disagree. read more

If you are looking for unnecessary drama and harassment on top of grooming for your pet... feel free to step right in!! BE CAREFUL. I AM WARNING YOU. she will accuse you of ridiculous things like stealing her personal items. she harassed my mother for her missing ipad. She called my mother the day after our appointment screaming "GIVE ME BACK MY IPAD!!" and falsely stating that she has footage proving it. My mother was in such distress that she cried all day and she has medical conditions. My mother is an hard working woman who does not even know how to use the internet so what use would she have with the IPAD?!? Does that make sense??? I have been taking my NOT-so-friendly Chihuahua to Sharon for a year now. Princess, my dog will let no one reach out to her without her trying to bite them. Sharon spoke to Princess and Princess went right into Sharon's arms. Paws above the rest have been nothing but kind and courteous and that goes for her friendly bedside manner with me. How anyone could say Sharon was not human friendly should seek treatment. I would not take Princess to any other groomer. Sharon has also given me free ointments for Princess paws that I never noticed were drying out and cracking. This showed me that Sharon not only grooms beautifully but also watches for anything that could harm your pet. I say...Take your pet to Sharon, you won't be sorry. Please don't be offended if Sharon doesn't do cartwheels when she talks to you as she is very friendly but has to draw the line somewhere. read more

Absolutely thrilled with the haircut my teacup Yorkie, Litl Pooz,received! Sharon was absolutely phenomenal--she kept my pup calm and happy the entire time, which is no small feat since he's usually a total maniac at the groomer. Sharon had all the calming tips for anxiety and really knew how to make Lil Pooz feel safe and relaxed. The haircut was perfect, his coat was trimmed just right, and he came home looking and smelling adorable. I really appreciated Sharon's tender love and care--she truly went above and beyond to make sure Lil Pooz felt comfortable. Sharon is the best! She's so accommodating and was great with my little Chloe (4.5 month old french bull dog). It was her first time visiting the groomer so I was a bit nervous but Sharon made sure Chloe was comfortable and kept her calm throughout the whole process. We just stopped in for a quick clean-up this time (nail trim and ear clean) but will be back for a full grooming next month. But 2 hours later they hadnt taken her back. When questioned about it the person working there was rude. We waited and waited. It ended up being 4 hours before she was done. Several times while asked about what the progress was we wete told to collect our unfinished dog or to leave the premises. Very very unprofessional. They finally finished after over 4 hours but i have to say they did a decent job. Suggestions: Honor your appointments! Have a much more professional attitude. Understand that people are emotionally attached to pets so they often show concern when things arent right!! UPDATE: Jessica reached out to us and was very apologenic. The whole booking process was a breeze. Brittany was so fast and efficient! My little Millie was fully bathed, groomed, and ready to go in less than 2 hours. I was amazed because it usually takes double that amount of time but since she's appointment based, it was a lot quicker. I love how she's able to just focus on one dog at a time which makes it a lot more personable for our furry friends. She also takes the cutest pictures of them with little holiday props on and sends it to you at the end. Millie got little bunny ears for easter and I'm obsessed!!!
