She was sad, skittish, moping around like she wasn't feeling well... Just too much to explain clearly. Even a friend came to visit and notice something was "off" with our little Luna. I spoke with Deanna about it and she assured me that nothing happened while there. So I decided to take her back after being promised by Deanna that she herself would only care for Luna. The next (and final) visit Luna came home with a could large gashes an as scratches avoid her little belly (see pictures). We were mortified! I texted Deanna after seeing them because by then it was after hours. I received a text back from someone else staying that she had finished Luna for Deanna, and that she was sorry that sometimes the clippers get to close to the skin. UNBELIEVABLE! NEVER again will I return to her shop with my sweet little girl. I just don't understand. That's ridiculous. I do understand that this last has several new groomers. But seriously, I just can't take my baby back. I have a small 10 lb Schnoodle. She so sweet and docile. She came home from the groomers totally traumatized from something. Small she was suddenly scared to take her walls when my husband takes her out. He said everytime she hears a dog barking, she tries to run back home. Something had to have happened... We think she may have been attacked from another did while they're at the groomers, but was rescued quickly. Which would explain literally everything that her behavior is telling us. (Previous review before 2026) ***** I've been entrusting Deanna with my babies for almost 30 years now. She treats them all like they are her own. They go to her happily each visit, and come home just as happy. Actually, they tend to parade around proudly showing off their new cut. She does a stellar iob grooming and caring for them. I will ONLY trust my babies with this groomer. I highly recommend her.

Samantha is attentive, patient, and gentle with Nemo and takes her time to work at a pace comfortable for my girl! The first time I came here I found this place by accident, I had no clue it even existed I just happened to be driving by and drove around the block to get the phone number I called and was able to quickly make an appointment and she asked the questions I would expect a good groomer to ask We arrived the day of and she pleasantly greeted us and introduced herself and went through the services we had talked about to verify it was correct and let me know what time she would be available for pickup She called a few hours later to let me know she was ready and when I arrived our purebred Westie looked AMAZING! She asked if we wanted to schedule a follow up appointment and we'll after the amazing work she did it is a no brainer. If you are tired of the sloppy job your pet groomer dies don't think twice go here I promise you will be overjoyed....One of the biggest surprises is that she is not overpriced

I made a prior appointment and got in the next day. Upon going arriving I was asked the usual questions, kind of service needed, dogs name and my phone number. I provided all of this and then I was asked for an emergency contact number. Yes, this is standard in health care but i have never been asked that at any groomers or vet and I have been using both for over 30 years. I explained that I do not have an emergency contact number as both of my parents just died, my wife divorced me and I have nobody thst I would trust with my pets. I tried to explain that I do not have an emergency contact and instead of overlooking this, she made it into a big confrontational issue, telling me shes been doing this for 20 years and never had a problem and asked me why I didn't have any friends or family. This was very humiliating and embarrassing as I could not provide the answer to her question..an alternate number. I get why they may need it for emergency purposes but each persons situation is different and they shouldn't feel humiliated at the pet spa over a stupid alternate number. This person was very rude to me and unprofessional in my opinion and I will never go back there again. I went down the street to a new groomer who was much cheaper, much more friendly and didn't as me for another number or humiliate me. $65 ar this place - $45 at other local places on the square. This place is really proud for professionalism at its lowest.
