So much so I decided he needed Doggy Day Care to continue the socialization and progress. The care he was given, exceeded any expectations or worries that I had. He started out rocky but by the end of boarding he started to warm up. The communication was great from photos, text updates and videos. When my husband's prior dog passed away we were thinking about not getting anymore dogs for a while…read morebut then I decided that I wanted to get my husband his dream dog, an English cream Golden Retriever. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)

I made the appointment and was in close communication with both the owners Alyssa and Alex. They reassured me that my lil' furball was in good hands. Not every groomer will work with cats or even recently formerly stray cats, so it was a big deal for us. Came the day of, his groomer Lily worked on him for a few hours while I got periodic text updates from Alyssa. The result was super cute and adorable! Lily got all of the outside grime and dirt off of him so he was ready for his new spoiled indoor life of napping and treats! He even got a cute winter holiday scarf and a Churu from Allie & Paws. Jedi is also a little more sensitive now but that did not seem to be the case this time, here. Place was clean and they were all friendly. More importantly though was, Jedi was not stressed, and actually seemed happy. This really won me over. I want to give him the best life he can have as he's getting older. The cut was perfect. And OMG did he smell good. Different than before and I would say better. And for the first time in years, they were able to trim his nails appropriately with no visible bleeding. I have a pit bull mix terrier and I thought I'd give it a shot! Cageless? Lots of places for my puppy to roam? Yes sign us up please! I brought my pup for an evaluation, got to learn more about the resort, toured the facility and then brought her back for another evaluation cause #separationanxiety. Her not me! I watched her on the webcams (so many!) and she did great! Lots of shade options for her and lots of pups for her to be around. It was nice to see her socialize! She passed and I felt really great about her experience. Upon arrival and departure, all very secure. The team was great and I can't wait to see how she does after her first overnight experience. But I was told by someone that Charlie's Pet world in Alhambra had what I needed, so I went there and it was awesome! They had everything from Feeder Rats/mice, to other cool animals and birds to chicken food that I have to drive all the way to El Monte to get. It's all here and Victor helped me with questions and there was only 15 minutes left till closing, but he said he would wait till I got there. Never had a major accident here before but 2 months ago she had serious razor burns on both sides of her under arms & thigh. I didnt see this until i brought her home. I immediately brought this to the store's attention & my call was passed to the store owner & he talked a good talk on the phone. He told me he wanted to make things right & offered a huge discount on my next visit but cannot issue refund for this visit. He wouldn't say how much of a discount except that it is a huge discount & will apply to my next visit. Comes today when I bought my fur baby for a full grooming, I was only offered 15% off by Victor. He says that's the usual maximum discount for issues like razor burns. Continued to say that he can't offer more of a discount because he has to pay his groomer. How is that the customer's responsibility when it's their groomer whom caused my fur baby to suffer for those couple of weeks. This is our last visit here not because of the discount but the attitude i received from Victor. He acted as if he didn't care & spoke on behalf of the store owner. I brought my first dog Biscuit to Maritza after a recommendation since my other regular sitter was…read moreleaving the area. She and Maritza actually have several clients in common through referrals. I've been sending Waffles for daycare at least twice a week for a year to Maritza and sometimes overnights and holidays if I'm leaving town. She is an amazing sitter- not just at being flexible with scheduling and communicative with pictures, videos and updates but goes above and beyond accommodating last-minute emergency situations and is so conscientious and aware of where every dog is at all times. All the dogs play well with each other and even have regular naptimes. She updates me on any possible behavioral/physical changes she notices and makes sure my pup is always safe and happy while staying with her. I have to book at least a month or two before the holidays come around because everyone is fighting for a slot to get their dog in with her. On a more personal note my Biscuit boy got run over in a hit and run two months after he first started going to her and I'll always be grateful to Maritza for making his last few months so joyful. He loved going to her place and she was one of the first people I called that day to come say goodbye to him. She even gifted a sweet memorial picture of him because she knew how hard it was for me to have such an unexpected sudden loss. I got Waffles the next month and Maritza has been a lifesaver in helping with her training. She really understands dogs and is a one in a million find since she does it full-time. Socialization and structure is SO important with puppies and I couldn't ask for a better more patient person to care for her through her puppyhood and now adolescent years. It was a happy accident that I found her but now I can't imagine sending my dog to anyone else. I have backups of course, but Waffs is the most tired and happy after a day at Maritza's! She's easy to book appointments with and it's really flexible which I really appreciate too with my weird work schedule!
