The staff were incredibly patient with her and worked with her gradually, helping her become comfortable enough to go inside and successfully spend time in rooms with other dogs. I really appreciated how they balanced working with her while still making sure all of the other dogs were safe and comfortable. Ultimately, daycare was more stressful for her than enjoyable, so we decided it wasn't the right fit for her, but I will always be grateful for how patient and understanding the staff were with her. My other dog, however, is very dog-friendly and absolutely loves coming here! She only goes occasionally, maybe once in a while for a day, and I am amazed that the staff literally know who she is the moment she walks through the door. They remember her, greet her, and treat her so well. It really shows how much they genuinely care about the dogs in their care. I also love that they have webcams, so you can check in and watch your dog throughout the day. They have nap time from 12-2, but outside of that, the dogs get so much activity and exercise. They get to run around, play with the other dogs, and just have a great time. The setup is absolutely adorable! They also do the cutest activities and events for the dogs, including monthly photos, treat days, and other fun activities. It's clear that they go above and beyond to make daycare exciting and enjoyable for the dogs. The staff are amazing, caring, patient, and genuinely seem to love what they do. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog here, even though she doesn't go regularly, because I know she is going to be treated like one of their own.
