When I told her that her attitude was rude, she of course did not like that. She had me sign a paper, then she left the room never to be seen again. Later in the day, when I arrived to pick up my dog, the receptionist had the very same attitude. She was rude. She started to say something unkind to me but had the decency at least to stop herself. I have been patronizing this facility for a few years. Each time I am there, just about everyone employed there seem quite unhappy, never smile and act as though they do not want you talking to them. Their prices are extremely high and not worth having to deal with unhappy people.​​​

I've been working with them for several months, but today Julie went above and beyond. Loki (Shepherd) had recently had a foot wound with some stitches and was in a cone. Julie found that he had gotten out of his cone and demolished it and had been licking at it. They called me and let me know and even stayed with the dogs as I sped home. I wouldn't use anyone else. They really do care and treat your animals like your own.

It was a drive from Brookside where we live but SO glad I did it! We had several months of ongoing issues with our cat and our regular vet wasn't able to pin down the problem, and it was getting really expensive. The vet here was able to get my cat to open her mouth wide and then determine it wasn't a tooth issue and she diagnosed the problem after spending almost an hour with us! Our cat was going downhill and not sure what we were going to do before bringing her here, we were running out of options. Amazing, caring staff, affordable, just a good old fashioned veterinary practice. I feel like they truly saved my cat's life!
