On her way home - wicked tired after a full day of playing with other the crew
    Janelys P.

I tend to have a bit of separation anxiety when my puppy, Hope isn't home or with me. Mary truly makes me feel at ease by sharing pictures and updates throughout the day. My puppy gets super excited when she sees M and is exhausted from a day of fun and play when she returns. The service is wonderful, scheduling is a breeze, communication is impeccable, billing is clear and I feel confident that Hope is well taken care of, as are all the other dogs in the pack! I love getting reports at the end of the day and did I mention, pick up and drop off services!!

Mary takes the best photos on their walks too!

Highly recommend! We started working with Mary over a year ago when our pup had a bad experience at doggy day care. Mary worked with him on his socialization and helped him gain his trust back in other dogs. We couldn't be more grateful for her help! Now, Hounds in the Hub walks our pup everyday and he has been better behaved and happier as a result! It's clear that Mary and the team truly care about and enjoy the dogs they walk. They are very easy to schedule with and are flexible when our plans change. It's nice to know our pup is in safe hands during the day and that he looks forward to his daily visitors!

Megan is absolutely wonderful! I feel so bad not being able to walk my Mia during the day, but all…read moremy worries are relieved because I know she's in good hands! I get several photos every day (all better than anything I've ever taken of my dog) and a full report of her "activities" (and when I get home and it's pouring rain out, I'm so happy to know that she already pooped today!), plus special gifts like treats and adorable printed photos. I can tell Mia absolutely adores her, and the walks are the highlight of her day! Plus it's so fun seeing what new friends Mia has made on her walks! She's good with other dogs but a little shy, so these walks have really gotten her out of her shell! Overall, an absolutely perfect service and I'm so thankful Megan exists to take care of my girl!

We also never take your dog off their leash during the walk. TOTAL LIFESAVERS!!!…read more My wife and I, with our three-year-old border collie Riley in tow, just flew into Boston from a San Diego (on a red eye) when my wife began experiencing notable chest pain. Erring on the side of caution, we decided to take her down to the ER to rule out anything major. The only issue now was what we were going to do with Riley this late in the day, as he was extremely anxious being left alone in a crate in an unfamiliar place, and we had no idea how long we were going to be gone for - we're talking banshee level screaming for hours on end that would have surely gotten us kicked out of the hotel. Bebe and Dan were kind enough to watch our puppy overnight - with last minute notice no less. After checking out of the ER with a clean bill of health around midnight, we proceeded to spend the next two hours attempting to hail a cab, Lyft, or Uber before calling it quits and paying for another hotel room across the street for the night. The following morning, we managed to get a Lyft out to pick up Riley, who was happy as a pickle, and made it back to our original hotel room - passing out for several more hours. If we're ever in the Boston area again, you can rest assured Bebe will be first on my list of Daycares to reach out to. THANK YOU BOTH!

I did a lot of research and found Ms. B, and I couldn't be happier. I was in an urgent situation and she opened her schedule to help me. I highly highly highly recommend!

From start to finish--these guys were fantastic…read more I used an offer these guys had on Yelp, and had trouble inputting the code so I ended up not paying them up front (whoops! sorry guys) Ken reached out to me with specific instructions but also offered that I could pay once I meet the sitter, Molly. Molly worked according to my schedule and came by without a hassle on Sunday before our trip. She was VERY pleasant, and even Steven (our ever shy kitten) even came out from under the bed for a brief hello. Molly had a notebook and specific questions as I showed her where steven's food and litter were kept. I think most pet owners who hire a sitter tend to be fussy. I ended up texting Molly more specific instructions and requests leading up to the trip--all of which she handled without question or complaint. She also had to deal with getting concierge to open our apartment door every time she came by. Steven was fed and had someone to play with in the comfort of our apartment. We got notes and pictures of the furball every day that we were gone. We came back to a clean food bowl and clean litterbox. I am beyond satisfied with Pet Watch Boston.

I'm just going to start off with saying that I'm pretty weird about my pets. I think I like them…read moremore than most humans, so I obviously expect the best care for them. After growing up on a horse farm and attending undergrad in my home state, I moved to Boston from Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk) for graduate school. I decided I was ready for a kitten, and so now I have a semi-crazy 9 month old cat that doesn't really know her limits. I went on Thanksgiving break to visit the family, and decided to check out Pet Watch Boston because it had the best reviews. And now I know why. Ken is awesome. He came and met Stevie and checked out my apartment for no charge before break. I have a weird key situation and he was really easy going about that and we figured out a way for it to all work out with no worries. He sent me detailed reports of Stevie's life every day (even on Thanksgiving). I am really, really impressed with his professional and also casual attitude, and I know that he actually cares about his clients, and spends time with each critter individually. 10/10 would recommend, will have Ken cat sit Stevie again.
