In February, she developed an eye ulcer and I was sure I would have to cancel my trip. I called and told them what was happening and asked if it would be possible for them to administer the eye drops every day. They were so accommodating! They made sure she got extra attention because she couldn't play with the other dogs and updated me every evening on how it was going. She came home happy and healthy. I would highly recommend them.

They don't keep their word. When they say their going to do something it's our experience on multiple occasions that they don't do what they say they will. I found our puppy isolated and crying for help with noone around after being attacked by other dogs. Sadly, this facility creates an environment that encourages anxiety in our dogs.

She also fed some stray cats that come here for breakfast every morning. What a relief to me, knowing I can be away with minimal stress to the felines! Much better than boarding them. I also watched her help a neighbor re-capture a joyfully obstreperous dog who had slipped it's leash. She was patient, persistent, strong, fast, and very savvy with the dog, and with the owner. The screening process was thorough, but easy to navigate. Everything was straight forward and we appreciated they already scheduled his surgery to be neutered, which was included in the adoption fee. Since that time, he has worked with me with other fosters and now my 6-month old puppy. I have had dogs my whole life but after one afternoon working with Charles, I learned a new (and better) way to interact with them which has relieved some of the anxiety and stress that comes from owning a reactive dog. Charles calm demeanor and empathetic style of teaching is exactly what most dogs (and owners) need. I especially recommend enlisting Charles help if you have attended those pet store training classes that award you certificates but you still have a dog that doesn't listen, has poor recall, or is reactive on walks. Best of all, Charles has classes outdoors in real world environments where we actually exist with our dogs.

Jenn makes all of that go away!! I can trust her to make all the correct decisions and keep my boys not only safe but happy. They love their 'pack' of friends, their doggie adventures and Jenn.
