Ever since a switch in management, both the RM and GM only care about money. Your dogs are not safe. The reason this location keeps ratings up is by reviews by employees and management themselves, which is deceiving and frankly, quite pathetic and sad. My OWN dogs were boarded here over the summer. My epileptic dog was not given her lifesaving medication because it was just placed in her food bowl (she doesn't usually eat at PS). The next day, my other dog was fed surrounded by her sisters diarrhea from the previous night. As an employee, I witnessed so many dogs come down with illnesses that were not disclosed to owners. One dog was leaking diarrhea constantly and the GM, Nickole, would not allow it to go to the vet unless it also vomited. Groups are always over the ratio of 25:1 which not only puts your dogs in danger, but also us as employees. Please exercise caution if you choose this awful business. Sharon limits the number of guests to no more than 10 (so make your reservations as far in advance as possible, especially during peak times) so I feel like my "baby" gets the individual attention she needs. And if I call or email to see how my dog is doing, I always get a prompt response.

They gave her meds without issues, took care to make sure she ate, and loved on her. I chose the adventure package to ensure she would have all the time out and about as she could and that included getting a picture of her each day. When I tell you that I could see in my girl's eyes that she was so much happier there, I mean it. Their care, attention to detail, and just overall quality of experience is worth every penny. I am first time customer and have vacation planned and not sure will find boarding now for my dog before I leave this coming weekend. I've never experienced this at another dog daycare before! I was elated that all dogs were not crammed together and had space, along with the trainers being close by. My German Shepherd Husky mixes have loved learning all that Paige and team have put in front (more like to the side ) of them. Their controlled walking has been a night and day difference, especially when there are other distractions around. We've continued to work on everything that we have learned; heel, sit, place, and come. I just…read morepaid them for servicees on 12/17/2025...I ask how to train my Aussie-she recommends a shock and choke collar.I drop my girl off for a few days of boarding on 1/7/2026-I ask them specicifically not to release her to an abuser-they ask me to get food,refuse paperwork,tell me there's no need to prepay...The RELEASE her to her abuser without my convent and are somehow closed at 2pm during business hours.they cite they couldn't get ahold of me.I have receipts.They let an unauthorized person take my dog with specific instructions not to,closed during open hours,cited diet change and prepayment required after telling me they know her and it was fine.Your ginger husband is nice...but she's a monster.Do NOT TRUST YOUR DOGS here?
