They took such great care of our girl, and I can really tell that the employees love their work and treat each animal as their own. Our pup was able to run, play outside, cuddle, enjoy the sunshine, and relax without the concerns of being surrounded by other dogs in a really loud facility. They gave her meds without issues, took care to make sure she ate, and loved on her. I chose the adventure package to ensure she would have all the time out and about as she could and that included getting a picture of her each day. When I tell you that I could see in my girl's eyes that she was so much happier there, I mean it. Their care, attention to detail, and just overall quality of experience is worth every penny. She took my phone number, name, my dog's name to confirm. I then emailed over the weekend and called twice to confirm. Today they call me and say I have no reservation at all. I am first time customer and have vacation planned and not sure will find boarding now for my dog before I leave this coming weekend. This daycare is great because there aren't shared toys and extra items that often help spread normal canine viruses, etc. The concern about Kennel cough can happen with any dog anywhere because the vaccines are not 100% effective on all strings of viruses, but I will say that this daycare takes extra measures by not having shared toys that can increase this risk.

The boarding cost is all-in and includes daycare so by the end of the day, the pups are worn out and ready for sleep making the "boarding" less stressful for them. I can't imagine going back to boarding where they are cooped up 24x7 except for a couple of walks each day. The team responds quickly to messages requesting updates during boarding, which is very much appreciated, and they go out of their way to post pics on Instagram so I can see Soph & Oliver while I'm away (see pics below). I do pay a few bucks extra for exit baths when they board, but it's well worth it after a week of playing ALL day. They come home fluffy, clean, and very happy after their "vacation." If you're looking for daycare or boarding, owned and staffed by dog lovers, definitely check out Play All Day. I've never experienced this at another dog daycare before! I was elated that all dogs were not crammed together and had space, along with the trainers being close by. My German Shepherd Husky mixes have loved learning all that Paige and team have put in front (more like to the side ) of them. Their controlled walking has been a night and day difference, especially when there are other distractions around. We've continued to work on everything that we have learned; heel, sit, place, and come. No, I can't recommend. We recently boarded here for first time after our long time boarding place…read moreclosed. As I was checking our mini golden in another dog came in behind us and took a poop in the floor and no one came to clean it. I remember thinking that poor baby might be sick and probably shouldn't be here. Fast forward a couple days and they began calling my emergency contact because our little girl was sick with something intestinal! I thought it was just related to the food they were giving her since it was a different brand. Our emergency contact lived 3 hours away and we were on a cruise. So she decided to wait until next day and if it wasn't better she would go get her. After a trip to vet we found out it wasn't food related but an intestinal virus that she caught and now she passed it on to her little dog that got very sick. After vet bills, paying for them to board, and expenses of emergency contact I spent more on our pooch than our cruise. I would not recommend using this place. I wish I would have gone with my gut when I saw the other dog poop. Needless to say, I'll be looking at a different option for boarding in the future.

So once she passed we booked a vacation so we boarded our 2 dogs, they have never been seperated as they have been best buddies from the start, so my wife booked the biggest kennel so they could be kept together, she dropped them off separately since we have a smaller car and the boys are larger. So since she set it up as keep them together no worries right? WRONG the next morning (Friday) we get a call as we are driving to Florida, that they found some blood in our labs stool, he was eating and drinking so maybe a little stress, so we continue and say keep an eye and call the vet if things get worse, the next morning we get a call we are in Georgia, they call to tell us they found our german shepherd was found dead in the kennel, they said his stomach was blotted so a twisted stomach, we were devastated, so we call our vet to take care of the cremation of our boy he was 9 years old, in good health he was a sensitive boy, we thought wow things happen but there was no signs of any issues with him, so we ask how our lab was doing they say he is doing well and they will move him up front and give him more attention, well I call later to check on him and find they didn't keep the boys in the same kennel! So our poor boy died alone and his best buddy never knew he died or could have closur, we come home 3 days early we have to ask to have our lab moved to a kennel with a camera so we could check on him. We get back pick up our lab, my wife talks with the manger she explains how pissed she is since we asked for certain things to happen and it didn't which the extra stress could have cause some of our German shepherds issue and could have lead to his death, we are not saying this is the cause of it but it didn't help. The boys were not even close so they couldn't see each other. The manger tells my wife he understands!! NO you don't understand I wanted to know how this happens that we booked this with specific details and that doesn't happen! He said we was going to check into this and deal with it, which this happened 4 days ago and you still don't know, that's BS! I think he thought since they didn't charge us and they paid for the cremation, they were off the hook, my lab is home not understanding where is buddy is and never got to say goodbye and our boy died alone, all because they couldn't follow direction! Stay away from this business
