I left my dogs in the care of Pet Palace on Thursday afternoon and picked them up on Monday. When we arrived home on Monday, I immediately noticed one of my dogs had a very swollen, painful and inflamed side belly. After a trip to the vet, the vet said it appeared that something had pierced her skin and that developed an infection. She also had a high fever. My pet had to be sedated so they could drain and clean the infection. When I called pet palace to make them aware, they said they "do daily inspections of the dog and would have to check in with the employee who examined her to see if anything looked off". I do not understand how any reasonable person or animal lover would not be concerned by the appearance of my pets side belly. I can't even imagine how this could have worsened if we did not pick her up on Monday. It is very concerning to me that pet palace does not seem to actually check on the animals staying there and that they don't have any proper documentation of these daily checks. The employee said all she could offer was an apology. I will not be taking my pets back to pet palace and would not recommend anyone else leaving their animals in their care.

Things like a fenced in parking lot so in the event a leash slips you are worried about your pet running into the road. We've had to purchase different collars in the past to take them to daycare, at All Tails they already have you covered. Check in and pick up are a breeze. They are that friend or family member that you know loves your pet, and would be happy to come over and take care of them. All while sharing some love. I trust them in my home unsupervised. We love the notations of how the visit went with our pets. We even had an occasion to sit down and discuss a week of multiple visits for a vacation. We just hated to board them, and no one was available. Plans freed up and our house sitter was able to come through. This does not deter from the fact that we were making plans to leave them solely in the trusted care of DD. Our house sitter was very happy that DD was able to care for the dogs twice during that week. They truly help to make your life run a bit smoother during a busy time.

They have a very unique approach to doggie daycare. No cages! I was concerned at first until I saw how Christie and her staff gradually introduced other dogs to Arnold and were very aware of behaviors. I watched from a tv monitor in the lobby area. Next thing I know there are 5-7 dogs with Arnold and he was loving it. They let the dogs spend hours together the first day and today he was there a full day. I'll be boarding him overnight Friday and Saturday. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and know how to redirect if playing gets a little escalated. Today I was working and was able to check on Arnold from my phone, watching the cams in all of the rooms. I love that he can play all day instead of being caged for 2/3 of his stay. I highly recommend CRAM to anyone who has a socialized dog, to treat them to a real play day or two. I look forward to using them more in the future!

They were waiting for me to keep apologizing however when someone messes up your dog, there is no apology that will work, you are furious which I was. Did I flip out? Yes.....more than I would any other time, after hair grows back. The comments from the groomer were what really set me off see below 'the jokes on you....I've groomed ur dog before and you loved it" "like I said I'm sorry.... lol....okay maam These were her responses to me, verbatim. So for me to be extremely angry when I picked him up is an understatement. Now they will come back and say, I was outraged.....I was....I used profanity.......absolutely mainly because they could care less that I was extremely upset over the exact thing I had asked the not to do. I guess at the end of the day I should have known better to take him to a groomer I did not have any history with.
