They took such great care of our girl, and I can really tell that the employees love their work and treat each animal as their own. They gave her meds without issues, took care to make sure she ate, and loved on her. I chose the adventure package to ensure she would have all the time out and about as she could and that included getting a picture of her each day. When I tell you that I could see in my girl's eyes that she was so much happier there, I mean it. Their care, attention to detail, and just overall quality of experience is worth every penny. They have a very unique approach to doggie daycare. No cages! I was concerned at first until I saw how Christie and her staff gradually introduced other dogs to Arnold and were very aware of behaviors. I watched from a tv monitor in the lobby area. Next thing I know there are 5-7 dogs with Arnold and he was loving it. They let the dogs spend hours together the first day and today he was there a full day. I'll be boarding him overnight Friday and Saturday. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and know how to redirect if playing gets a little escalated. Today I was working and was able to check on Arnold from my phone, watching the cams in all of the rooms. I love that he can play all day instead of being caged for 2/3 of his stay. I highly recommend CRAM to anyone who has a socialized dog, to treat them to a real play day or two. I look forward to using them more in the future!

Today I took my dog to be groomed and get a summer cut....I told the girl who took him back, "do…read morenot cut his ears length" she nodded ok, A couple of hours later I received a call "I am so sorry I did not see the note regarding Charlie's ears" of course they are extremely short; this is a shiatzu; I would think a dog groomer would know not to do that. common sense....of course I flipped out when I got him. They were waiting for me to keep apologizing however when someone messes up your dog, there is no apology that will work, you are furious which I was. Did I flip out? Yes.....more than I would any other time, after hair grows back. The comments from the groomer were what really set me off see below 'the jokes on you....I've groomed ur dog before and you loved it" "like I said I'm sorry.... lol....okay maam These were her responses to me, verbatim. So for me to be extremely angry when I picked him up is an understatement. Now they will come back and say, I was outraged.....I was....I used profanity.......absolutely mainly because they could care less that I was extremely upset over the exact thing I had asked the not to do. I guess at the end of the day I should have known better to take him to a groomer I did not have any history with. My previous experiences at Marysville Animal Care were wonderful, but today was much different. My…read morepuppy had an appointment for the last round of her puppy shots, and rabies vaccine. She has had no previous issues receiving vaccines. Today we did not see the same dr/vet there that we have previously. The vet tech/assistant was holding my puppy and had her ready for the vet to administer the vaccines. The vet was very chat, and delayed giving the vaccines. Eventually puppy started getting nervous, and started to jerk away. She did not attempt to nip or bite. The vet made the quick decision that she did not feel comfortable, and want to reschedule and send her home with medication to sedate her and have me bring her back. I felt this was a little unnecessary, but agreed. When I went to check out I was told I was paying for an office exam and the meds. When I enquired if that meant that I would not be paying for an office exam when I brought puppy back, they stated I would. When I started questioning this the receptionist I was speaking with became very rude. I told them I did not feel this was fair as I did not make the decision to not have the vaccines given today. I spoke with the office manager, who was quite condescending, and apparently didn't think I understood why I should be paying for 2 appointments. Ultimately I advised them I would not be bring her back, and made her an appointment elsewhere. I probably would have just paid for everything, had they not been so nasty about the fact I was even questioning it.

We have been going to Fit & Fluffy Spa, LLC for a few years now and always have a great experience!…read moreWhen I call, I can usually get our large Golden Retriever in within about a week and a half, which is amazing for someone like me who isn't the best at planning ahead. Other places often can't fit you in for months. Our groomer, Tera, does a fantastic job with our Golden. By the time he gets to her, he usually has mats behind his ears and, in the summer, on his tail from swimming and playing with his friends. She always gets him looking and feeling his best. Not only is Tera skilled, but she is also quick, which we really appreciate. Our big pup doesn't have to spend hours in a cage, something he is not used to since he hasn't been crated since house training. We've had terrible experiences at a large national chain where he was kept in a cage for almost 8 hours, which was very upsetting. Fit & Fluffy is the complete opposite. When they give you a time, that is when your dog is actually groomed, and they call you as soon as your pup is ready to be picked up. Sometimes they even add a cute bandana, which we love as a finishing touch! They are also very reasonably priced. We definitely recommend Tera and Fit & Fluffy for anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional groomer!
