Also this was just trim up between grooming. We dropped her off at 9am and she wasn't ready till 1pm!!!! This last Tuesday she didn't even want to enter on her own and when she was handed to me she was very restless in my arms. Got home and we noticed blood prints on the floor, she finally let me look at her foot and they had cut one of her claws to short (she is fine when you hold her paws). Noone even mentioned what had happened. So needless to say 1 star and we will not be going back!

We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

The clerk who greeted us was very professional and took the time to carefully note special considerations, while also ensuring that every item we brought for the stay was accounted for and returned to us. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. I'm so happy to have finally found the perfect place for my babies. Thank you, Paws Landing, for providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. We can't wait for their next stay!

Look at these beauties!…read more Brought my 2 black labs (1 English, 1 American) in for baths. My English got the furminator due to have the thicker coat and it being shedding season. My American just got a regular bath. Was happy with services, easy to call and book next day, and they call you 30 minutes before they're ready for pickup. The only notes for future customers are that the store is not in the nicest area (I wasn't worried, but some people may see it as a concern) and that they are cash only. Since I have 2 large dogs (85 and 75 lbs) it was more cash then I usually have on hand so I needed to swing by the ATM. $130 total for both, not including tip. I do plan on returning in the future.
