No trauma. No fear. No having to pack them up and drive them to a store or Vet's office, which is always a nightmare. It's just amazing to me because my cats will not let me trim their nails! The "Owner" reassured me, Olive would never sit in a kennel as long as we had an appointment schedule time. I asked for every appt? The OWNER reassured me, yes. I said, "Great" let's book an appt. Went to appt. Groomer said, they don't do NO Kennel guaranteed. The table, floor and rest of the area was not sanitized, clean or ready for my 4pm appt. Since groomer now saying exact opposite of what I was told. I immediately said, "well this doesn't work for me, I was told NO kennel time as long as have an appt." She got up, went to talk to Owner. Owner said, no kennel this one time. I told Owner that is not what you told me before booking this appt. Owner said, I know but I didn't know. I said, well that doesn't work for me. Straight bait and switch! Owner said well I told groomer do it this time for you. (Groomers are W2 not independent contracted) I said to owner, well as the owner you should know! I went to leave. Owner said, no stay for appt. I said, nope! How else will you feel loss to not honor your word. Owner lied to a customer by not knowing his own businesses policies, procedures. The vet bill amounts to $159.45 and I believe Lulu's should take responsibility and cover these costs that would not have incurred without her appointment here. Also please note that the owner is making fake Yelp accounts to add positive reviews. You can see that I've left many reviews and all the other accounts have only left one and it was for this very business (I'm sure she'll go leave other reviews to try to look more legit now but just FYI if you're not familiar with Yelp). Still received no real accountability from this groomer. This experience has been a complete nightmare and I hope you avoid at all costs!
