Hade a key made for my car and the key only Open my driver door But did not open my trunk or passenger door their response was your locks are worn out I find that funny because my last key opened every door paid 160 for a key that opens a door and sometimes turns the Ignition would not recommend this place for nobody read more

Didn't realize how expensive keys are. $200 for a push button Honda key. Wtf! None the less Paxton company was cheaper than the dealership and cheaper than all other locksmiths I could find on google for Fresno. Paxton company did a good job and showed at the exact time they said they were gonna show. Good work. i recently called for lockout services to get help with my car. so the guy answered and was very rude when i asked if he came to my area. he proceeds to tell me with a rude tone that he does and it will be $160 AND i would have to pay right then and there on the phone giving him all my information over the phone bc he said that he wont come unless he is paid beforehand. i said no bc im not comfortable with not only giving my credit card information over the phone but paying for a service that hasnt even been completed yet. well when he heard that it made him very upset and he made a "ugh" sound then hung up. all i can say is dont give service to rude disrespectful children. thank you. read more

Fast service replaced a lock on my door in less than 30 minutes. I tried to drill through my door after being locked out. The knob had to be replaced too, it wasn't cheap but worth the money. They were prompt on arrival & take credit card payment. It sucks locking yourself out just call these guys & they will be there fast. read more

This guy is a rip off called about a key cut for camaro I had the blank, he said they use their their products and quoted 180.00 just to the key. I called the dealer which should have been more....and they charged only 45.00 to cut the key with my blank which saved me money btw. And they programed it to. What's with 180.00 you think we're not online....your supposed to be cheaper than the dealer.....plus you know what your doing rip off....you could've got a great review from me but your a crook here's your review....lesson honest service good reviews wood of mouth is everything. My review is a little late but i had to give kudos! The service was fast, on time and best of all same day! He change all locks in my home and took less than 30min. I was impressed. Fair pricing, Professional, and Great service. Needed new keys for my vehicle as mine were lost. Called to set up a time to meet up at my vehicle. They showed up in a marked vehicle (with their business name clearly printed on the van) when they said they would show up. Checked my ID and registration to verify ownership and went straight to work. Keys were cut in the time frame they said it would be done in. I called Paxton and they came out but left because they said they didn't have the tool for my car. I waited a few days for the part they needed for my car because they said they were going to give me a discount if I waited. They came back a few days later to work on my car. Took about 6-7 hours and they never got it. I think they don't know what they were doing and know how to work on only basic cars. Wasted my time and money! They're not worth it and aren't as professional as they claim to be. If only I didn't have to give them at least a star to rate them because they don't deserve any from me. read more

Made my keys fast for a good price! Fresno Mobile Key gave me the run around and a lot mouth service, but could not produce a key. Lexus dealers (2 fresno and Cerritos) and Paxton's had the same knowledge about my car and key due to the year the key ignition and door locks had been changed and did not match the VIN. Apparently, this happens, but the previous place could not get pass that and he couldn't figure out why the computer was telling him one thing and they key was a different thing? Fyi this was a regular old key, it did not have a chip or anything. Paxton's ended up making that car 2 keys and changed my other cars key and key fob case in 10 mins and I did not have to travel anywhere! This is the place to choose! read more

Wow! Needed an extra key with remote head. Jan came out to the house to cut me an extra key, programmed it with my car and saved me about $100. Only took 15-20 mins. Dealer wanted $350. So worth it to not have to go out to the dealer and leave the car all day, then pick up again. read more

I was relieved that I found a locksmith on a Saturday afternoon and was impressed by how quickly they were able to come to my home. I was locked out of my home because the front door deadbolt had broken, but Paxton's was able to quickly replace the lock and was very courteous in the process.
