They missed the wheel wells, didn't clean the dirt out of my tires, left dirt in all the trims and compartments, damaged my defrost lines on my rear window, left dirt stains on seats, headliner wasn't even looked at, never removed steering wheel cover to properly clean steering wheel. When I received a message to pick up my vehicle they hadn't even done the ozone machine like they were supposed to and I had to wait an additional half day to pick up my vehicle for them to do something they were supposed to do over night. When pointing out all the issues, Andy had the guys go over it 2 more times causing me to wait even longer and the issues were still missed! I did my own tests and they were okay since they were replaced about 45k miles with genuine OEM ball joints and not Moog parts.
