My son was involved in a very serious car accident, and as a parent, that phone call is truly your…read moreworst nightmare. When I got that call, my only thought was, "Is my baby okay?" Your mind goes into complete panic mode, and you don't know what to do or who to call. Robby was at the scene and immediately stepped in to help--not only my son, but the other driver as well. He helped get her out of her vehicle and stayed there helping until emergency services arrived. When I finally got to the scene, I was overwhelmed and honestly didn't know where to start. Robby was there to help me navigate what needed to happen next, including recommending a tow company and helping me get everything situated. The police and emergency personnel have their jobs to do, but they aren't able to tell you who to call or what to do with the vehicles afterward. Having someone like Robby there when you're scared, overwhelmed, and just focused on making sure your child is okay was absolutely priceless.
