I feel it's important to share my experience with the service department at Corwin Ford Republic. My primary vehicle is a 2022 F350. There were a few recalls/TSBs that I needed to address, so in early July, I called up Corwin to schedule service. Surprisingly, the delay was approximately 3 months, so I took the first available appointment (end of September). Although there were 3 separate items, they estimated it could be completed in one day. My primary frustration is that once you drop off your vehicle at Corwin Ford Republic, they are a black hole as far as communication. You can leave your service advisor as many voicemails as you want, but they will never call back, even after multiple days. Several times, I asked the operator if they could go and ask the service advisor to take my call, but they cannot. Late afternoon on the day I dropped it off, I called many times and left many voicemails between 3PM and 5:30PM, but they never returned a call. At 5:30PM, I arranged transportation to the dealership, and was surprised to find my service advisor (Kris) hanging out and chatting with others. I asked for my vehicle and he said only 20% had been completed. He could specify which 20% was completed... Kris did offer to allow me to take my vehicle and then reschedule for 2023. I declined. He said that it would be done the next day and that they were just overbooked that day. The next day, I started calling in the afternoon. Eventually I reached a different service advisor who said my truck was ready. I was upset that Kris hadn't called, but thankful that it was finally complete. While on my way to the dealership, that same service advisor called me to let me know it wasn't actually done, but that my assigned service advisor would call as soon as it's complete "first thing in the morning" On the third day, I started calling again in the late afternoon. After an hour of calls, I finally reached a different service advisor who said that Kris wasn't there, but that my vehicle was ready. I finally picked it up nearly end of the day 2 full days after the initial promised date. There are ~3 service advisors on duty, for somewhere around 10 vehicles that are being worked on at any one time. That's just 3 active customers per service advisor. It's unacceptable that they do not have the time to even return a single call to the customer. I'm OK with delays from the service department, but I cannot tolerate a complete lack of communication. I strongly recommend considering a differerent dealership when scheduling warranty work for your Ford. +1 star because I still like Ford as a brand

Faith Finley was very helpful with the purchase of my new truck. I highly recommend her! She focused on my needs and what I wanted and made sure I was happy. No sales pressure. Great team overall! My daughter loved meeting Peggy :)

Scott was very accommodating. It wasn't a pain free experience but damn close. Scott and everyone else were very friendly. No pressure.

That last point is huge for me, and a big part of why I keep coming. Any woman who has tried to go to any car servicing has surely experienced that before, and not once has anyone at Pinegar talked to me like that. They've also never tried to upsell me on services, always explained to me why they do things, and they're always nice. Also, being able to drive my car straight into the garage, hand off my keys, and walk 10 feet into the waiting room, super appreciated by me, I have a disability and not having to walk and stand in line, it's very helpful. I drive out from Springfield every time because I know they're gonna treat me and my car well.

I was billed for work involving my vehicle, including charges to my warranty, and **work was performed that I did not authorize**\. It took **five separate visits** before the underlying issue was addressed\. On my **fourth visit**, I was specifically assured that my vehicle was **safe to drive**\. I trusted that professional assessment and continued driving the vehicle, including having my children with me\. On my **fifth visit, less than 24 hours later**, I was told that the vehicle was **not safe to drive**\. Thank God nothing happened while my children were in that vehicle\. That change in assessment is extremely concerning\. If the vehicle was not safe to drive, why was I assured less than 24 hours earlier that it was safe? I was also told by the dealership's new car sales manager that, **"Sometimes we have to throw parts at it until we figure out what's wrong with it\."** That statement, particularly in light of the number of visits and the work performed on my vehicle, did not give me confidence that the problem was being properly diagnosed or repaired\. When I questioned why it had taken five visits to resolve the issue, I was met with raised voices rather than a professional explanation\. I also questioned the additional work and requested that the dealership take responsibility for having the resulting issues properly inspected and repaired\. That request was refused\. I am now having to seek an **independent inspection and investigation to determine the full extent of the damage and what repairs may be necessary**\. Customers should be able to trust that work performed on their vehicles has been clearly explained, properly authorized, and completed correctly\. They should also be able to question charges, repairs, and safety concerns without being spoken to disrespectfully\. I strongly recommend that anyone using this service department **document every interaction, verify exactly what work has been authorized, and carefully review all charges and warranty claims**\. This was not simply a disagreement over a repair\. It was a serious breakdown in communication, authorization, diagnosis, customer service, and accountability\. Most importantly, I was given conflicting information about whether my vehicle was safe to drive, and that is something I cannot take lightly when my children are involved\.
