He literally does not clean your potentiometers in any pro way, I imagine all he did was move them back and forth 100 times. Had my unit for months and still didn't service it or fix problem, if you want to throw your money in the toilet go here, if not go to somewhere like Northern Audio in Madison Heights, they did my vintage receiver justice.

The biggest wait was Vox getting back to us about warranty. Repair took a couple days max from that point. I'll be going back here if I ever need amp servicing again.

Went in a couple times and the garbage at the front door was spilling over on the floor. Their produce leaves a lot to be desired, there is always bad produce and their stock rotation is very bad. I have called corporate several times, am always told there will be a follow up call, there never is. I was told I would get a $20 gift card, that was sent to my email, shocker, never got it even though they said it was sent. I keep my membership for convenience and we do have their credit card. However, it's time for renewal and may pass this time around. Do better BJs.
