My husband and I drove by this lot a few nights ago. We saw a vehicle we were interested in getting some information on, specifically a Toyota Celica. I called to inquire about the vehicle and after simply speaking with a 'sales' representative and subsequently the owner, Larry, I would NEVER purchase a vehicle or step foot on their lot. This company absolutely refuses to give any information on a vehicle over the phone. According to Larry, they are in the business of selling cars so they do not provide anything on the phone. Hmmm, shut up! Do you think I was calling a hamburger joint because I was interested in buying a car?! I called because I just wanted BASIC information to see if the vehicle fit my needs. Example, is it a manual or automatic transmission? I can't drive a manual because of physical limitations. Does the AC and heat work? Is it a clean title or salvaged? You know, simple stuff. Due to medical issues, I can't really go out and sit at a dealership for any length of time. Even more of an issue, I cannot subject my body to the elements of cold weather temps currently at 48°. So Larry, despite the fact that, according to you, you're in business to sell cars, obviously you really didn't want to sell me a car. You really wouldn't have had to try to use hard core, used dealer antics because, I love Celicas. It would have been the easiest 'sale' you ever made. Guess your business is so lucrative that you really don't need to sell a car. I don't love Celicas enough to deal with unfriendly customer service from the get-go. Please do not buy any vehicle from this place; they lie about the cars that they are sending. Even if you're in need of a vehicle, DO NOT BUY from this company they sell a lemon. I have had this car for two weeks and I it was leaking I call Angie the day after when I noticed it was leaking and other things that where happening with the vehicle, and I took it to the on two different days, and they kept giving me the runaround, and they had to talk to Larry, who then tells me I have to pay $85 an hour for there noncertified mechanic to fix the problem they knew that it had. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. They gave us a great value for our trade oh, and we got a great vehicle. We noticed a couple issues with the vehicle and brought it to their attention and they fixed everything right away even though they would not have had to. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

pay day motor sales is the worst place I've bought A car , I got my car back in December and my bf and I kept telling Larry the most shitty person I have ever met and told him we think our engine is blown he said no it's not it's all good a week later it blew up and the warranty they give out is bullshit I have to come out of pocket 1500 dollars and on top of that they stole from me my birthday just passed and I wenr to renew my tag and the tax collector said it Was renewed in December when I bought the car and didnt consent to that and now they wanna do nothing about it it's okay though I'll see you guys in court for pay day is a scam read more

Horrible place to buy a car, I mentioned after the test drive that the AC didn't work to my salesman Steve. When I returned later in the day he told me he tried it and it worked fine, in reality they had charged the AC knowing it would leak back out. The car I purchased is a chevy volt, it is a hybrid and uses AC to cool the batteries, so it is now undrivable. I owned the car 2 weeks and it was undrivable, I got it diagnosed at chevy, it was a leaking evap core which is over $1500 to repair. I called Steve and was told to bring it in and they would discuss what we could do. It was never announced that I would owe any money, nor did they have my permission to start the repair or do anything for that matter. They call me back to say they would do it for $1300, I declined, and the next day went to pick it up and was told I would have to pay $85 to get my car back because they "checked it out" (I gave them chevys diagnosis when I dropped the car off). This business is a joke, this has been the most stressful buying process in my life. Now my first payment is due, I have a car that doesn't function properly, and the service contract doesn't fix Pre-existing issues(of course). Save yourself a headache, its better to drive your current car(or bicycle) than to come to this place. read more

if you are smart DO NOT say u weren't warned reading my experience and story. since the second day I had trouble.they told me to bring it in so their mechanic can look at it .twice I had to bring it in and twice they had a chance to be honest they told me after the second time to take it to a warranty mechanic to found out by that mechanic that my vehicle has missing parts,2012 engine from a salvage junk yard! inside of a 2017,exposed wires,brain of the vehicle destroyed.I'm seeking legal and media outlets to EXPOSE the injustice that this company is doing... I don't want another innocent person to go thru what I'm dealing with and have their children's lives at stake due to a dirty car..so..basically my extended warranty won't even cover the damages due to how extent of damage is done and parts that don't even belong to that vehicle!. I just came out the hospital due to the stress of how much this has affected me and my kids. since today marks 29th day and had trouble with it since the 2nd day. I went in to plead my case to found out by Larry himself that their mechanics are not even licensed or certified !! which was documented and advertising that they have a auto repair shop on this online website. Larry just as numb as can be like I am the 100th story he's ready with his lines..he said in the state of Florida u buy as is ..he said..even the owner would not ! give me my money back or even put me an another safe vehicle for me and my kids!!
