Well, I did a review for Ted's Auto not long ago. Well deserved.. I had given him a lot of business before.. I called today because I needed to know if he had repaired something in my Honda Accord that just went bad Person that says that he warranty his work. Because I made a bad review which he well deserved he decided that he wasn't going to speak to me today about the Honda Accord, which was a simple question. What did we repair on that vehicle so be careful when dealing with this gentleman as he doesn't guarantee his work either from what I can see. Yes a lot of times I would take my own Parts and he was nice enough to use my own parts but I needed to know what was repaired and I got nothing from him other than hanging up the phone not a really good way of doing business how he's lasted as long as he's less that is beyond my understanding. read more

I changed my lower control arms over the weekend and thought I had tightened down all the bolts to proper specifications but i didn't have all the correct tools. I had just gotten off work and I stopped in 15 minutes before they closed and they checked out all my work said it was good but the bolts weren't fully tightened they threw a breaker bar on them and tightened down. I didn't waste my time saying anything, because honest people you don't need to confront. I was going to bring my two cars there for further work, but now I wouldn't take my car beck there for anything. If you can't trust the mechanics then you can't trust the garage. I worked for Chrysler for 15 years. You can trust me when I say, If you can't trust the mechanics then you can't trust the garage. Your employees generate these negative reviews. The only place to take my 2005 PT Cruiser. After an upsetting run in at Chrysler Plymouth that said it would cost $6654 to repair my BABY, Triple A gave me TED'S number. I suggest you supervise your vehicle and make sure its being worked on. These cats are notorious for hiding mishaps. There is one young mechanic that doesn't know how to properly put in a timing belt and hides mishaps like slashing belts. I had to go elsewhere to finish putting my timing belt on correctly. So if you go don't trust these cats. Keep a close eye on your vehicle. If I could I would installed hidden cameras and mark parts to know for sure they have done the job. Be warned. read more

This is the second time I've sent a vehicle there. The first time I was told they where putting a new engine in. They didn't I found out through another mechanic plus I never received paperwork for the warranty on it. Then when confronted I was told it was a used motor with 83,000 miles. I know it's not a different motor because I marked the old motor so I know it hasn't been replaced. Still don't have paperwork. I also put my other vehicle that needed breaks come to find out 350 bucks spent their wasn't breaks put on at all but only the line fixed truck still has to be pushed all the way to the floor in order for it to break.
