We reached a verbal agreement, but I was asked to return the following day while the car underwent final preparations. However, when I prepared to pick up the vehicle, I was informed it could no longer be sold due to a mechanical issue. Despite my immediate offer to handle the repairs myself I never received a response. If financing was the concern, I had the money cash to pay it but they never let me tell them since they told me the car wasn't working. I have since learned that the car was sold to someone else. I am frustrated because I trusted your team and had even recommended your business to friends. I feel I was not given a fair opportunity to complete the purchase we had already agreed upon.

Unfortunately, after arriving, I discovered several issues that had not been disclosed before I made the trip. The truck had a cracked front windshield, a trailer hitch ball that was locked in place with no key available for removal, and only one key fob instead of two. While inspecting the vehicle more closely, I also noticed that the paint-marked bolts securing the driver's-side front fender had visible tool marks and scratches consistent with prior removal. I observed similar marks on the driver's door hinge bolts. In contrast, the corresponding bolts on the passenger side appeared untouched and in their original condition. This raised concerns for me about the possibility of prior repair work or accident damage that was not disclosed and was not reflected on the Carfax report. As a result of these findings, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I spent $716 on airfare, in addition to the time and expense of traveling, only to discover issues that I believe should have been communicated before I made the trip. I understand that used vehicles can have imperfections, but I believe customers traveling long distances deserve complete and transparent disclosure of any known condition issues so they can make an informed decision before investing significant time and money.
