Problem on our end was getting the land survey team back out to mark the boundary line adjustments. This resulted with multiple delays with being able to give Raul clear definition of where the fencing would be installed. And then came the snow delays. With each delay, Raul patiently waited for those issues to be resolved and made numerous trips to assess and address questions we had regarding fence composition, construction, gates, etc. Finally got a land surveyor (a really good one by the way - White Stone Land Surveying - Bob Tedesco) to come out, identify property markers and add more markers for the unusual curvature of our left property line. Contacted Raul and he was out the next day, assessed the work and provided a quote to do the work. 2 days later, the work commenced and 2 days after that, Flores Fence had constructed a very nice pressure treated wood fence with 1x2 in pool mesh wire. The fence encloses nearly 4 acres and has two small and 2 double-wide gates. The price was very competitive. The workers were very respectful of the property and the communication was superb. His drywall, painting, and tilework were all amateurish, which isn't good for a bathroom. His customer service sucked. My daughter noticed the smell of marijuana when his helper was taking a break. My son and daughter noticed he was using us all against each other so he could charge more (They own the house, I paid for the service). I paid him what he wanted just to get him out of the house. His word is not a bond. If you use him always get a change order.

Anthony showed up exactly on time as scheduled. He took his time, did EXCELLENT work and made sure I was up on all the features of the new door before he left. So for me, there is no "mutual" resolution. I would never ask for a refund or discount since I do feel the company did work hard! I just expected first time quality with better materials. In hindsight, I should've asked for my fence to be much higher because all my neighbors can see into my patio which is very awkward. But I don't blame AZHI. My fault and I only noticed it after it was built. I did ask AZHI to do a few other odd jobs for me which they did and I didn't have any issues with those but the fence... yeah very disappointing. I posted my photos to show what I'm talking about. The lock on one gate still doesn't work properly. Varinia also stated that and said she would change it out since it seemed defective. However, that never happened and now I'm going to go with a different company to do that change out and one other job. Some of the slats are so far apart that people can see into my patio. The wood rot holes are BIG. People just peer in to see if I'm home. Very awkward and scary. Nails and screws protruding out and smashed down. Very unprofessional looking. Sorry. It is!! Please understand that this is my experience and I'm sure that AZHI does a great job on other home improvement areas but my personal opinion is that fencing isn't exactly their expertise.
