The place is immaculate and the prices are pretty standard for what they sell. The employees seem to be pretty friendly which is also a plus. The meat was tender, fresh, and cooked up perfectly. It's been one year, no joke, and we can never get any cut of meat we ask for. No cuts, no steaks, no biftek, nothing. Just mince. But I guess the customers that give the butchers money on the side as we see in front of our own eyes take precedence over loyal customers who never shopped for meat anywhere else in Bay Ridge. Lesson learned, you lost a repeat customer because your butchers give meat to who they want and save it for the people they like (who can give them money on the side).
