We really found this place by chance and are so glad because we never even considered bbq for catering. The brisket was perfect and fell apart. We had brioche buns that we stuffed with it and topped with the bbq sauce that tony gave us. The chicken perfectly cooked. I was worried cuz chicken tends to dry out but not this chicken. The breast was as moist as the thighs. Tony is a gentleman too. He really goes above and beyond. He delivered the meat and offered to slice the brisket and chicken. I was treated some pulled pork, chicken, and some baby back ribs for dinner by my husband and they did not disappoint! Everything was seasoned perfectly and the sauce was delicious but the pulled pork was my favorite by far. It was moist, peppery, went perfectly with the slaw. Just wow! I had a party of 60 the other day and man oh man the food was excellent! The professionalism of the Pitmaster was off the charts. They had literally from A to Z. All you need for a party.
