As with the other CD Exchanges, you're almost guaranteed to find whatever it is you're looking for and so much more. As a fan of martial arts movies, I really enjoy this location as their selection has consistently been better and varied than some of the other locations'. The trade off is that their game selection isn't as impressive. That's not to say that it isn't good, there is in fact a lot to look through, I've just found more hidden gems at other locations. Though I typically skip over the front part if the store during my visits, it is worth mentioning that there is a TON of music to go through and an impressive amount of memorabilia such as action figures and Funko Pop!s, posters, bags and shirts, and a lot more. Everything is fairly priced and there have been instances where I've paid less than what I would have elsewhere or online. If you're a movie buff looking for a quiet place to pass the time, you absolutely have to visit the Movie Exchange.

They rarely promote them on social media and mainly just promote cards. That's great but there are so many card shops. So yeah it would be nice if they widen their selection on funko pops and other collectibles. Like comic books are listed but they don't have them. It would be great to see comic books there. Also with the cards it would be nice to see like Star Wars or marvel cards. Hopefully this doesn't sound harsh but I've seen this store before they moved to this location. I know they have the potential to be a lot more. It's just disappointing that they have leaned so heavily to cards. When people like myself originally came for different stuff.

There's also been a few times I've come in finding the unexpected, such as the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Collection I snagged yesterday; they sold out so quickly on release and it's been awhile on any reprint news that I thought I'd have to wait another year or so before I could get it! On top of the staff keeping a good stock, they've always been swift and coordinated on release days despite all of the chaos. I've been to a number of Day 1 pick ups here and am never there for long. First off, I used to love going to Dragons Lair AR, they had great selection of MTG and Warhammer…read moresets, the staff was all super friendly, and I loved seeing Merlin. But the past couple years I've seen lots of changes. They don't get many new comics in, they never have enough MTG products or OP packs/boxes, and don't even have a limit to how many people can purchase? Their stock is also only plushies and overpriced board games and we really see no reason in shopping there anymore. Today we signed up AND PAID FOR for the Hobbit prerelease at midnight, me and my partner were planning on picking up the kit, and dropping from the tournament and making decks on our own, as I personally don't prefer playing with strangers. Usually we have NO issues doing so. When we went to drop out they had told us we were not allowed and we can't get our prerelease kit and extra packs unless we stay the WHOLE tournament... I asked if this was stated somewhere or a new policy and they didn't answer my question, talked to a different staff and had told me we can stay the whole tournament to get the box or get a full refund. I had asked again why this was not stated to us before we had signed up, or if it was on the website somewhere and the staff had again repeated that it's just not allowed. Currently my partner went to the prerelease, got his kit, and dropped out regardless. This whole situation was frustrating, as we never got a clear answer as to WHY we couldn't drop out when we had already paid for the kit and just wanted to go home? I definitely recommend everyone shopping at Dragons Lair Medical, or Heroes & Fantasies for comics or TCG.
