My floors were uneven, my crawl space was a mess it was damp, the insulation was falling and my HVAC ducts kept coming loose and I wanted to encapsulate it. John came and assessed the inside of the house and the crawl space and the good news was it wasn't as bad as I thought and the better news was he could fix what needed done and do the encapsulation I wanted and the duct work and was very affordable! Since moving to Williamsburg I've found it really hard to trust contractors because they don't show up or charge you different rates than agreed upon. Just my luck that both of my sump pumps in my basement blew out at the same time - leaving me with a flooded basement after a heavy rain. I contacted pbs after already getting an amazing quote from them previously for waterproofing the basement. They came out that same night and replaced both pumps and even cleaned up the mess that wasn't theirs - they left my basement looking better than it did before the flood.
